Hmm ...Japan and Jamaica. The things about storms is that they really test out expectations. I told the West Indians a fib, that the storm knocked out the bank hard drives and we cannot reload the balances. But, if you have a statement copy of the balance it will help. But nothing goes like this or else it's not a bank.
