My client wanted to know what happens when I die if he is a control person for something that costs only CAD 200.00 to register as a corporation. I told him nothing happens. The company does not continue unless there is a director who is interested in seeing it continue and I have a director at my Alma mater in England who understands these things very well. But, the client seems to have been from a community that turns everything into a desperation about inheritance. They would become church members of a parish in Georgia or Florida and then want to know if they will inherit it if the pastor dies;always something about when someone dies. No one can inherit Angel Ronan because if the single owner dies without a will, his share ownership is considered abandoned along with the company registration. Also, when every client is a control person, you can relax and enjoy the experience. The hotel at conferences has a swimming pool; a Days Inn located in Niagara Falls. No; it's an Accor Hotel in that Canadian city ,merci!, but with a swimming pool of course.
