This just in; Jamaica has not met all structural bench marks according to a further IMF review as the basic income for the population was not included and confirmed as paid to each registered citizen with a TRN number. This is not an adversarial issue. It is a matter of international UDHR legal compliance. The minimum satisfactory amount to satisfy the IMF is $USD 9000.00 per year per citizen.
