Officer Fauxgillo of the police was charged and arrested for murder after the authorised shooting of an assailant who was brandishing a knife and threatening members of the public. Can the office guilty of murder? The answer is NO. He had no intent to commit murder. He followed the authorisation of his commanding officer to use lethal force as deemed necessary. A tazer is not what he was told to use. There are circumstances,however, where the Police Force can be charged for corporate manslaughter following the suspicious deaths of citizens who are in police custody. It should never happen so if it does,then in spite of the many explanations that someone choked accidentally, the question behind the death cannot be answered in any other way except but with a charge of corporate manslaughter. There is probably a video. There is an unauthorised killing of another contrary to the Queen's peace. The OIC could be charged directly also. Then, there is the young man accused of a murder at a party. There is no evidence that he ever went into the party. There is no evidence of any fight between the accused and the alleged victim. The authorities do not have a murder weapon. There is no evidence that the accused levied the killing blow. There is no evidence to support the charge of murder and it is a serious charge and the police want to be seen as doing their job and they want to be respected but, there is no evidence to satisfy the laws they serve and the Court they serve also. They know This. The charges have to be withdrawn. We brought a motion.
