Let's say you owned a building for the last 78 years and it's fully paid off. You are now only paying the usual municipal costs such as the council tax which is about the same as what you pay for hoseing. Then, in the 79th year you decided to register it in the name of a corporate entity that you registered 36 years ago called Say What?(TM) corporation. The council tax obligation is now paid in the name of the corporation. There is no other special tax to be paid simply because the property was registered in the name of the corporation. The tax rate may be slightly less since it is now owned by a business. It may also be higher depending on the Council.
