It would never happen but, we must reassure ourselves in terms of compliance computerizing or automating processes if a matter was to ever end up before a tribunal or Chancery Court. The Court is not neutral on this discussion and ot does not matter if industry insiders swear they are comfortable when the word "contract" is within the Court's inherent jurisdiction as well as the concepts of offer and acceptance and the necessary proof thereof. There is no question about the technology and the only discussion is how we reassure ourselves against abuses.  An electronic photo or photocopy and four original copies  of an actual physical buyer or seller ink signature is to be required on an authentisign verification form while people somewhere could always be motivated to kill you for your shoes or Championship game final tickets.   All or most buyers have a phone that can take a photo of the document that will be known as the Authentisign verification form that will say "l the client confirm that I participated in the authentisign process involving the purchase and sale of the property known as 15 Sherlock Holmes Boulevard.   Signed---------.". There is no doubt authentisign will satisfy our civic expectations and the certainties required in verifying ownership, identity, intention and the meeting of the minds of the buyer and seller as legal entities for all contract law purposes.  You need a physical signature to open a bank account worth an initial deposit of $1.00, one penny or $50.00.       ID is verified once the relationship with the broker is established.  Intention  and agreement verification on buying any particular property with a manual signature on an authentisign digestion verification form should also be required to avoid potential abuses.  It is a one page form.  The document can be emailed, downloaded, printed, scanned and emailed or faxed back to the broker office and a copy will be verified on closing with the counsel imvolved.
