Some Dunkin Donut Restaurants and other retailers have noticed that the number of electronic transactions they see on their bank statements does not correspond to the number of transactions recorded by video in the store or by the cash register. To help, small retail franchisees like Dunkin Donuts will get an electronic transaction confirmation by email available in the swipe machine set up on their online banking portal for the debit machines used for home delivery or in store.
