A University Lecturer had photos of young Africans washing at the beach. He also had photos of Kenyan tribesmen. Is it art? His house keeper accused him of displaying inappropriate materials although the same photos were in the National Geographic Magazine. Is the Lecturer guilty of a criminal offence if the subjects are not fully, completely dressed but partially clad? One of the photos was a gift from a South African Choir Group. She displayed the photo in her Church Deaconess' office.
