Warren A. Lyon is now consulting in the banking industry, helping various banks in meaningful, small ways with his new concepts; banks such as Bank America with whom he worked as a Senior Bank Officer. The new Favor card concept has opened up a new card and payment industry, saving the banks millions in wasteful account deactivations and account closures. The card has no debt allowances. There is no interest earned except but on the balance the client deposits on account. There can be no fee cards or cards with a small transaction fee; possibly 25 cents per transaction with free deposits. We suggest that the cards should be enabled for top ups at Supermarkets or gas stations. If there is a guaranteed debt allowance and guaranteed approval on all transactions up to $850.00, then there will be a transaction of $ 2.00 on all transactions with a maximum debt or overdraft limit of $1700.00. The card will be attached to an associated bank account if you wish with an automatic direct debit standing order on the bank account that will top up the card once a month in any amount that is suitable for your regular sports activities. In addition, he has just come up with a new estate planning process called the Personal Estate Corporation. You register a corporation in your name (John Smith Corporation) and you add yourself and your beneficiaries as directors. You register all your property in the name of the corporation as a joint tenant. Please call us for more details.
