This just in; there is a St. Ronan moratorium for the next five days to attend Court and have your matter restored to the regular Court list with a bring forwarded form if you may have failed to attend accidentally and are unaware that there may be a warrant for your arrest. The warrant will not be executed in your attendance and there will be no bail hearing with the new charges added. There is a defence for the "fail to appear"; an honest defence. Then, the substantive charges will be dealt with.
