Some times, we can say what the answer is with proof beyond a reasonable doubt.  Telling a Jury that "if they think someone is culpable" is not correct.

We were not sure what a stereotype may have been but it does not sound good.  In the end, if you think his general persona does not satisfy the story book for a black lawyer or a white, then at least the life is preserved with the income support if he lives in the right English province some where in the world or in Africa, Europe, Russia or Asia and he can write exam answer books as a legal author. Europe has no idea who you are and even if they do, they cannot support your lack of cooperation in terms of a total income support for all citizens. Not all English provinces have an income support. English culture can be as lovable as a Dash hound or a Tickle Me Elmo doll. We will never be involved in politics but we love Canadians and also the English. Thank you.  We can work it out.  There is no time for fussing and fighting as you are my friends.   

So, maybe we decide to ensure everyone is treated with a certain dignity and guaranteed due process.  We cannot just terminate people accused of violent offences or accused of being in possession of a weapon. The Sheriff  is usually a Saint but not always this Saint and we have to accept that abuses of process could take place; maybe not to your family under your authority in your country but maybe elsewhere and you would like to hope it would never happen to them or anyone so we defend the process and the standards of evidence in addition to upholding respect for what the Crown must prove. 

You keep printing the  Court Motion and signing it with your name.  It's the DUI file with the Afghan cat and the Samsung.  That successful motion was stamped by the Court 11.5 years ago.  You are a wild boar attacking humans who are helping humans. How did you get in the building? Why do wild  boars attack humans? You serve no public good and you have been weighed, balanced, pumped up with air in your tires and your head and still found wanting.  But, how can we cooperate and all shall be happy?

It could not be that you do not want anyone to be assisted, that you do not want people trained to help, to actually help people read the file. What does it say?  I think it says it is to be withdrawn; and there is some kind of genome discussion going on when, as people, you prefer to call a convict to answer your questions but he could not be that good if he is a convict. Then again, he could have been wrongfully convicted.   You did not call that Warren guy but you called Howhopecooperate. He's a nice a guy; a JW I think and we could also say he is the boss and Warren is the worker but at least the work is done with a meaningfulness to help the people.   But, then again maybe they did not read the part five rules when he showed up or maybe we went above what he was entitled to address.  The other guy said he appears under the last 5 rules  as Legal Counsel if asked but it seems his decorum was soo practiced and his appearance was Banana Republic( no pun intended) modern classic and the cologne was good so he was able to assist the client in asking for disclosure and setting a Crown pre-trial.  He did not have to say he was a PH.D student at law in a  firm or that he was a  Friend at Court appearing on behalf of the client etc and this is all accepted  under the part five rules.   But, so long as he knows how he appears in Court and you aren't going to just Apple junta grab him and hug him and then say here is l the mail and the job offers that were stolen dating back to 2002. 

  He's a nice guy.  He is safe anywhere in the province.  Where are his files?  What would it mean to honor the Court and make due effort to return the files?  Are you attempting to extort money as your compensation for the humble honourable work in the file with that false affidavit attached to the false order? The real order said return them in a "no costs" order.  

You can still laugh at Warren when he only has the files and his income support. You would have all the phone calls when the people would rather call a criminal pretending to be helping people as a "sort of" representative.  Maybe he would only have his income support and you have the files.  

His license was restored in 2016 and this was confirmed again in 2017.  

Going forward, a trespass charge is best and a caution that you could be held in contempt in such cases if a court representative seems to have gone beyond the confines of the rules no matter how people are struggling to get help in Court as they pass by known qualified people like that Warren guy; and the representative could ask for leave to assist in every context above and beyond  part 5 rules but did not ask.  

With respect to practice in Canada, All English Law graduates from the UK, Europe and Ireland will be exempt from any accreditation. However, they will have to participate, like all others,  in a 10 year licensing program and cannot practice  entirely on their own for the first two years of the program but after the second year.   Existing BCL graduates are exempt but will have to take on going cpd (continuing professional development) in the same programs anyway every year that will involve courses  in the third year and above.  These CPD programs will be offered by universities also.  Because of the evident genome backwardness and ongoing aboriginal resistance that is camouflaged by designer clothing, make up, nice watches, and good colognes,  the programs will be free.  Those who sign up and who do not have a law degree can take on a paralegal qualification with limited practice and obtain their full qualification as a five year participant.  You can begin the program in Grade 10 following completion of your first Driver's Licence exam even if you failed.  This is good. 

There will be a 15 year program if you would like a full licence to practice law.    The Law Society will issue fines after hearings for any complaints if there is evidence to corroborate the wrong but due to the abuse of the current tribunal processes with no evidence and with false affidavits along with violent attacks and abuses in attempts to steal business names, a fine will be the only penalty and potential criminal prosecution for any theft of client funds or any other activities if criminal in nature.  There is a future and we can conspire to make the future happy and internationally normal with not only airports designed and renovated to international standards but the income support also must be updated accordingly to international standards, remunerating all citizens. The system, its Monarch and its heirs are legitimate and we show obeisance, hoping just to be a happy citizen.       

So, we cannot say how you look at it as a young officer  but deciding that the lawyer is your enemy if he succeeds to expose the weaknesses in the evidence's efficacy to amount to conviction is the wrong approach for the young officer.  You bring all the evidence. The lawyer has to read it.  We should be thankful for the successful lawyer that exposed the deficits in the total and best evidence as we disdain wrongful convictions; and we also disdain murder (murder said with a Scottish accent) even when it is a Criminal Court lawyer.  Scrooge may have offed Marley to have his independence and carried on pretending to be a solicitor and accountant  down in the east end narrows. This Scrooge said, " I am ,the solicitor and the master now and you will be just the dead chimney sweep in the Docklands estuary; awoh!"  However, how could a Scrooge or something like it, a Falconrer,  in the real world take over the entire society?  The mail is missing. The milk is poorly.  This could not be all about Falconrer and his attack on a boy or could it?  The funny thing is you tell us he is just a boy. But, does that mean he is still a child that you will defend them?    Maybe he understood there is a native aboriginal majority and used them but also abused them in his ascendance and this abuse rests on human need and with need, the besoin, he can cajole, bribe or buy anyone he thinks to do his bidding in his genome show down when he is really just a pangea cave pirate man, playing pirate strategy chess games all day long, fixated on fighting people with any real formal qualifications who are just trying to be a happy citizen.   The mail is stolen containing a McDonalds job offer when you were 14 years old for part time work. It symbolised to this Grendel father real formal success in the real world.  He said he might need it for himself so he kept it and brought oranges and cereal for the children and drove them to piano school. 

But, it seems nonetheless, we have had real success in the real world. Look at all of his job reference letters in your phone.   Look at his formal graduation success.  But a McDonald's job or the income support to just study and teach music would have been great; nothing to do with politics so we now formally retire from your anxiety about involvement in politics.  

The storage locker  of the graduate son is broken into in his war to slave diminish your sense of worth; your association and your sense of formal completion. The McDonald's was taken  in some parallel anxiety about comparable worth.  He also says he is willing to muck about in another man's office and believes people will help him when he is too high on pretense and short on real answers or results when he asks, "What is the law if I....?"     There will always be greed and want because some people gamble or they don't read their change.   Maybe this is where you find your soldiers of desperation but maybe you need to be a more evolved pirate who knows how to operate in more prosperous economies.  There is a less sad version of you in Quebec or in Manitoba where all citizens have $38,000.00 per year or $50,000.00 respectively. No one is asking you to disappear as you are living folklore and anthropology, a legend with your unique way of seeing the world with your anthropology.  It is just that we have to see how we can cooperate.   We know you will always try to be the covert King; King of the Courts.  Geopolitically, this is distracting just as the absence of income support for every citizen would make your culture and society an enemy of older, calmer civilizations that provides such support to every citizen.  It feels like water seeping into my submarine or air escaping from by Brit Milah recitations or wind not blowing over my union jack, making it flap. It is kind of flat. But, if you have a program and it is not paying equally to every citizen, then it is wrong. It is not equal.  

Even if you did hate school while insisting on attending Court as a representative to squeeze some money out of some  of your innocent victims and  you hum Pink Floyd all day about not needing education, you would still have to say there is a minimum standard of life that has to be maintained in a minimum civility for all. 

 

Essentially, maybe the job is to calculate the file for its efficacy as to the allegations and demand that all the evidence is provided so that the file is complete and there are no deficits.  It is murder with intent with false Court  or false tribunal proceedings where the lawyer is not officially dead but "disappeared" and is only living on the wall of Honor.   We should be thankful for the successful lawyer that exposed the deficits in the file evidence as we disdain wrongful convictions; and we also disdain murder (murder said with a Scottish accent). 

The good presentation of clear cogent, accurate thinking  concerning the issues before the Court should not be a spectacle  or cause for hegemonic angst. We are not cave men on different  hegemonic  sides of any hegemonic tet a tet over the purposefulness of a justice system or over, lets say, position and authority. We are citizens in the same society; not in a genome war.   We know the cave man is king but is he just?  As king, will he be happy if the work is done by people who intend to do it and with full training along with proper non racialized motivation? 

   We are officers of the Court, dedicated to serving the Court and if, on a certain type of file, the evidence did not present a way out for the client or a withdrawal of charges so to speak, then that is all; or you are not sure either way because you did not read the file.  If you did not, then that is all you need to focus on. Maybe you can go and read it now. Whatever you are doing now, be thankful. No one will notice what you did or who you hurt. It's over now.  You hurt a lot of white people.   Maybe the client was white. Maybe the client  was white.  But it is an honor to show our submission before the Court as we say cool things like, "We will now take our coffee as we retire to the counsel lounge for the recess."  But, if a Clerk or Court security officer can learn something by reading our Court submissions in an Application for dismissal of the matter, we have no idea if this is so but honored if it happens.  You must be the Court Clerk.  Let's go for breakfast sometime.  Four lecturers were white and four were black.  8 school teachers were white and 7 were black. You want to see him work.   Wouldn't some aspect of work accumen such as following instructions be confirmed in some of your academic experiences?  But, if you don't like school then maybe you guarantee everyone of us a Federal Works job, doing whatever you say and regardless of our level of schooling so that we will not become Falconrer fodder.   We could then all leave school at 3 years old or you think we need some schooling. How many years  of schooling do you think we need?

This is a Herod Iroquois.  You tell them an economy can be regenerative, paying into people's lives at £99 per day or $171.00 per day in the CAD conversion and then collecting some of the cash back regeneratively through sales tax or Vat or in the gas bill and instead  of being happy, they fight.  Maybe we designed our global Union Jack economy to orbit around our more Bahaman Caribbean reminiscences.  The Bahaman economy pays only $20,000.00 USD per annum to all Bahamans. But, what is the point of a globally cold and starving Bahaman person in his reminiscence  of the beauty of the Bahamas or the Caribbean when he cannot afford to up hold his Bahaman mortal coil while he stands on the train platform at Paddington station in February?  This goes for the Nova Scotian, the Ottawa and the Quebec peoples as well as Sudbury and all of Ontario when $20,000.00 is not enough. The Global Bahaman needs $60,000.00  USD pcy to keep pace with global standards in spite of the warmth of the Bahamas and our rustic ways. But, could you be a Jamaican government official or Prime Minister and not have an award from an English Police Officer?

You would say you have the authority to occupy the Court and run amuck any where else you wish if you interrupt the Monarch's economy to starve thyself and this is your authority over him if he does not stop you; that if he does not stop you, you want to say this is your opportunity to morally occupy his space. But, his family crest is on the wall.  This is very important if these things you do would take place in direct stand off to regular expectations in front of the great shield.  

  Its an assault on the Court and the economy which is an assault on the Monarch.  No one is in your way though.   What if you could still occupy the Court and abuse the process but with an income support of $50,000.00 pcy per Ontario citizen?    This is not someone taking authority or being a civil rights worker but the student of economics. Doors have hinges.  Any normal European Economy run by a putative, more legitimate English King relegated to a mayor's job or a provincial politician's job has an income support paid to every citizen and resident of the province. Even if you are not the putative king, maybe you are the European who has come to ensure European expectations; Finnish, Dutch or Polish.  You could collect some of the cash back at 47% or even a 100% sales tax.  Vehicles would be exempt from all sales tax in this economic model. At 100% Vat/sales tax,  A .75 cent candy becomes a $1.50 but everyone  has no less than $50,000.00 EUD as income support for a European quality economy in Canada, the West Indies, Guyana  or the UK.  It works out. Canada is a built civic looking paradise. You could rename it "Airport Lounge" but is it still a rough man paradise if all citizens are suffering the  inequitable; the inequitable in that not all citizen have an income support and what bestial people could tolerate it for a day or an hour or for 46 years?  The most recent enduring interruption in Canadian income support policy took place in 1977. Then we say that our life value must be equal to the value of the life of any other human on the planet in terms of income support funding.  Our essential identity is "human" as the human global consumer.

Running your country in a kind of spite of a solution to any solvable problem or an equation is no good.   You are like fish arguing with water. We would just like to enjoy our hallowed and celebrated role as citizens. This is the extent of our involvement.  

  You could run Ontario Works and make payments of $700.00 automatically to all applicants accepted or denied in the last year and pay them  once a month, utilising 7 kwh every month once a month and then fire all of the staff who are redundant and also abusing the program.   In fact, we could do away with applications and automatically pay once a month $700 to all Ontario citizens not currently in receipt of payment until we can resolve  in our Iroquois  emotions the importance of equal payment to every citizen.  

But, you will solve it now  with your networks of born again nice people and this will give you the authority  to just take the ballot box and make your self the winner of the election since everyone will have at least $200,000.00 income support received in the next two years; some for the first time. Thank God for you as now you see what a little leadership can do. In fact, the ballot box cannot be stolen but I am sure you  will win since campaign promises are not enough to win when everyone knows the answer.  We need money.   But you won because you made it work cooperatively.  Thank you Sir!

 Scrooge robbery of the aboriginal victim is not synonymous with Jamaican hegemony but maybe victimisation.  We have a genome that pays lip Leave to our legal traditions, encourages schooling and graduation but that would, after the intended  graduation, target those who achieve the graduation results and hinder their humble happy expectations for involvement with some kind of stratagem to illegally employ only those who are informally qualified for a job that still is usually advertised as a job for either a law graduate or a licensed practitioner of law. So why pretend? Just say you will hire genuinely interested persons who can agree to ongoing training.  When you look into it, only Law School drop outs or a fired Court Clerk that used to sell documents of the Court are working in such jobs. There is some kind of aboriginal resistant resilience going on.  There is no enough income support per capita and no one is asking to hide your emotions.  The only qualifications you need really before a Court where there is continual learning for everyone is genuine motivation.    The informal capping of human capabilities or lets say good human motivation to see a system operate as intended; as taught in school with the capping interruptions orchestrated by the pirate Pangea man who would wish to pretend to be counsel is just unbelievable as he works the teachings of democracy to his own pirate ends. He asks what is the majority? Isn't the majority the aboriginal who might still eschew formal land ownership and documentation primarily because he resents it although I am sure he could learn to understand it? But in the name of Canada or the notion of Canada as a team of people, how can we work together? How can we conspire to be happy? Someone says your tire is flat or your economy is running low in terms of money per citizen?   What do you do? Hire anyone who means to do the job.  Hire the high school graduate and  also the Master's graduate. 

 We could conspire to be happy.  

At the moment, it looks like we have conspired to be treated unequally, conspires to tolerate our neighbors in other towns or provinces being treated inequitably. The right to decide under section 90 and 91 powers is a right to decide to uphold the law. Inequitable treatment fails. Maybe it's not you who set the fire. It was set when someone else was the national fire fighter. But, you are the national fire fighter now as you see the fire is still burning.  So, you put out the fire.  If you are the Economist or Chief guiding minister when the economic, legal or human rights issue falls at your feet, you solve it. The Quebecois are suffering inequitably as well as Ontario and Nova Scotia concerning the payment of income support. Manitoba is a shining example.  

It would be nice if there was a national internal system to transfer to another province and obtain income support from the compliant province you intend to be moving to once you sign your commitment to move and the payments would be made in advance of the move.  

See your cave man ways and your wrestling with the Court due processes and procedures behind.  Don't  kill on people who respect the police  and the evidence they prepared. You don't respect them as you never read the evidence. The detective was prayerful happy when after three litigators and 2 Lawyers, someone read the whole file and asked that the matter be withdrawn.  There is something wrong and identifying the  Christopher Columbus the 8th cave man who says he did not really go to school but needs to have the involvement and the authority is not very easy when Columbus the 8th look like a librarian; not Jack Sparrow.  Leave your dishonest handling of Crown evidence behind also.   How did you get in the building? We are to have a European money culture so we can buy our bacon, pancake mix, our Dog food, our Gain or Tide, our Downy, our Stela, Guinness or Molson's and not have to budget soo much.  We can buy our Red Hot Tomatoes™ Pizza.   A $100,000.00 USD or CAD  or  £ 100,000.00 GBP  pounds per year as Income support is a good answer for all Anglos at no more than  £ 11.30 GBP per hour;  the Canadians, all the West Indians, the Belizeans, the Guyanese, the South Africans, the Australian, New Zealand, Ghana, the Gambia, Nigeria, the Scottish and the Northern Irish who are suffering unusually low income support for a European Economy at the end of the 1st quarter  of the 21st century.  This will be our war against economic self defeat for a living peace. 

We are Europeans  or a European Native Canadian  Creole people who require a European money culture for the Canadian Economy that involves a full, complete income support for every citizen. What are you fighting and resisting?   We cannot have any anthropological warfare in the home or in the society. Could you marry an English  accented ewok who would be subconsciously fighting your belief in legal formalities and your expectations of a fair, just and equal society, resisting your progressed in formal legal achievement and attempting to buy your business name and refuses to believe it is actually registered.  It's hard to enjoy a society that fails to cooperate on something so  economically elementary. It's like fighting a building plan where you say you are not sure it should have a foundation or a roof.  That even and balanced with equal weight in all corners. The income support is necessary in every economic foundation and must be equal. 

 Why would the income support be unequal in the province and unequal in the country when there is law from our Fatherland English jurisprudence confirming that the benefits should be equal or there is some difference but a purposeful difference in aiding those that may have evident different disabled needs.   Being one gender or the other is not a disability.  You cannot allege  transgender-inity is is disability and even if it is in your mind, can you say why the cash  benefit has to be soo tremendously different between the various genders or why this would  be so in Ontario?

  In all other forums or genres, the transgender demand equal pay for equal work and they do not demand extra time to complete exams based on transgendered status so the inequality in the cash  benefit is concluded.  All Ontario citizens should have an equal benefit.  How do you solve a gender hate crime? You just solve it.  How do you prevent an ongoing criminal offence?  You stop it.  

Singapore is not Japan or China but they cooperate with each other as a Creole English society.    Singapore is about the same size as Niagara region but all Singaporeans have an income support of $80,000.00 USD per Calendar year.  There is nothing wrong if we cooperate to receive $100,000.00 CAD as income support per Canadian  citizen.  Resolving this issue is the only way we can confirm our humanity in the modern world. Why is it an issue here in North America and no where else?

It could  never be too wealthy not to have an Italian type economy.  Are you drugged up or something?  If it had a father, what would the father say?  Well, it has a father and the father but it is not listening as he has told them to regularise their economy to satisfy  Republic of Ireland standards.  

Now, how do we solve crimes? How do we just accept  there is something irregular transpiring? Whether you are the Herod residue or the Vespasian residue in the Anglo population, what will you do when you are monetarily a minority in the world, a minority in terms of population in your own lands? We just want the subway floor to be well maintained and the people we have are just like the subway floor.  We want them to be maintained well and look good; like the floor.  The benefit problem in Ontario is a gender hate crime.  The entire program is mischief and does not prove to follow any acceptable alternative rationale that would justify depriving tens of thousands of people the same, equal benefit or at least provide a different and comparable income support benefit with slight comparable monetary difference.   It's illegal.  Stealing the mail is illegal. 

But, if an Iroquois steals regular mail sent to an Iroquois, could we say what would be done usually?  There is a security Officer for the mail service.  He shout know what is happening.  The people in charge, those people shout care to do see something done.  

The last observation is that we have all been given names as a means of honouring family, hopes or desiring acceptance.  There are a lot of people with the name Augustine or August. There are people named August etc or Augustine who have their income support benefits in Nova Scotia or Montreal or Quebec.  They might be black also. I think our life would have been the mediocre same if the humble guy had any alternative name. Herodian or Vespasian residue or not, this is understood.
