Income support for all citizens is a normal capitalist economic custom; Could you run an economy in such a way to achieve some anthropological, ancestral or developmental identity or is it to confirm some motive? In all normal functioning capitalist economies, it is the custom that all citizens have an income support. China is the most capitalist economy in the world next to Japan. They have both expanded their economies and their de facto territory by using their understanding of pure aggressive capitalism and have taken over all the English countries industrially with a simple application of capitalism's principles. First, they assured strong domestic markets at home by providing a sufficient income support for all their citizens at home in China and also in Japan. They obeyed all of capitalism's discoveries in light of automation. But, what about America as a fledgling economy; fledgling only because its resistance and failure to provide income support for all citizens at amounts that ensure sufficient consumer stimulus and occupation of one's own economy and one's urban spaces has failed. This has caused negative market growth since the problem was identified in the late 1850's during history's first major upswing in the mechanization of labor. We call this mechanization the automation of labor today. While income support was customary in Europe for centuries as the most central of economic principles taken from ancient Egypt and Rome seen in Prince Joseph's ration in Egypt, it is also displayed in Jesus teaching; where he tells Herod to render unto the people and unto Caesar. The income support is more of a rediscovery for the English and the Americans whose dna is combined with North American aboriginality and prone to resist the whole system instead of just enjoying the ancient principles that give effect to community happiness, community safety, consumer stimulus, strong domestic markets and to the vital life of the human without the blood and sweat in shyster-ing huckster-ing, hunting and the gathering. Establishing the ancient economic principles as against the phenomenon of aboriginal resistance is really a description of the work of assimilation. In this assimilation of North America to the more established Economic principles that have Roman and African origin, we discover that North America in its first contact with the outside world was like a Junior Africa in some ways but lost in the land of nod after the continental Pangea divide. This lost and uninitiated condition remained until men from the east came to the western hemisphere; some of them black Africans and some of them were Europeans like Hernán Cortés. There was also Estevanico (c. 1500–1539), also known as Esteban de Dorantes and Estevanico the Moor, was the first person of African descent to explore North America. It looks like he travelled around Jamaica and Cuba and saw the aboriginals who he described as appearing like West Coast Africans; Nigerian or Ghanian. But the solution is not to, then, bring foreigners from Asia's overflow of people or Europe's overflow of people because there are horrible social and economic problems that are suffered by the North American in the shameful view of well funded non Anglo Europeans or non Anglo Asians who witness this underfunding every day. Reducing North American taxes is not the solution as it reduces the government's ability to respond to problems. But, the maybe the solution is a purposeful balance; a small provision of income support to every citizen at no less than $300.00 per day and also a small increase in sales taxes that will also help to make our buying of goods a more thoughtful experience so that we avoid wasteful consumption. All goals are achieved and the social and economic problems are sorted out with balanced design. We prevent fraud in the banks like its a rat in the 4 star Michelin kitchen. This fraction of money saved can be as small as $6.00 per hour (10 cents per minute) 24 hours per day; 365 days per year to fulfill our purpose to ensure there is sufficient consumer stimulus and buying power in the market; purchasing and consuming the robotically made goods. They, the consumer, also fulfill their purpose 24 hours per day as the key focal point of the economy. They are observed on smart devices that include phones and tvs. The money provided enables them to pay the 24 hour phone bill. Their government spends less money on the ills that would be caused by moneylessness in any population and more time is spent collecting money on all human consumer activities. They lend you money when you are in debt with your "dog tired" discussions about all the human problems as caused by the moneylessness that is determined or caused by job automation. While it is obvious how to efficiently and lovingly, self defensively solve it, you do not solve it but continue to spend energy embarrassing yourselves on TV just talking about the problems. You talk about people dying and freezing or starving in your economy. Do you pay all citizens an income support? Sze Sze!! But what does it really matter if the lives of your people do not matter to you? All the little lessons of capitalism you did not respect eventually do add up. You did not have enough consumers as real buyers with real money for too many decades. So, your car company is in debt to the government. The government sold the car company debt to Asian companies. So, now the Asians own you. You still don't have enough consumers as real buyers with real money in your current way; as you are now. In respecting that all normal capitalist economies provide an income support to all citizens in amounts sufficient to cover all human economic necessities on a daily basis are their any Canadians or Americans who have not received their income support yet; and why? Have you done anything about it? How long have you known of the problem? What can we infer from your inaction in this case or other cases? You are watching the snow man melt in your garage and if you want to save him, you will put him back outside where he won't melt as you watch him disappear. The lawn is brown and you just need to turn the water on to give it a break from the heat so it goes green again. The chocolate bunny is melting on the counter. It's Easter and time for church. Have you put the bunny back in the fridge so we are not disappointed and sad as you just let him melt down and away?  If income support is accepted as a necessary humanitarian legal requisite by virtue of the UDHR, then it is a legal requisite; a requisite.

  If income support is accepted as a  necessary aspect of any economy anywhere in the world post 85% Total job automation,  it is because the money is necessary to keep the Economy balanced with sufficient real  buyer  and consumer demand for robotically made goods.  It also maintains the fight against  crime; the crime that is predicated on unmet basic human needs such as food, water, shelter, soft drinks, Hubba Bubba and Ritz crackers. 

 It maintains the humane conditions of life.   Then a denial of income support would be imposition of  the cruel and unusual circumstances and conditions of life that would satisfy the definition of genocide.  Add to that a very cold climate and then much of North America with Canada is an ugly genocidal economy.  We are not asking for anything but a loving, fatherly economy. 

The denial of income support money is the denial of food, water, shelter and human safety; thereby creating conditions of life that satisfy the genocide definition.  Why deny this money to any citizens under your international treaty obligations?

 You pay some citizens but not others based on gender or home address or church affiliation.  The students at Agincourt Collegiate since 1980 did not receive their income support unless they were Catholic. But, the kids at Alister Campbell Collegiate continued to receive it maybe because they were next door to a Catholic school.  This oddity has not been resolved.  A black kid faked his death after graduating and moved to Markham.  But he got his income support before  he left.  Somehow in his fakery, the whole city was punished.  

Those unpaid  citizens constitute a target group under the law.   Genocide is a crime under Federal US law, UK Law  and the Criminal  Code of Canada.   

Let's see how.  

Canada, the US and England are signatories to the UN Convention on the Prevention of Genocide.  

In 1948, the UN signed the “ Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide”. Article II states: "Genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group, as such: (a) murder of members of the group; (b) bring harm to the physical or mental integrity of members of the group; (c) intentional subjection of the group to conditions of existence calculated to bring about its total or partial physical destruction. (d) measures aimed at hindering births within the group. e) forced transfer of children from the group to another group." A group would be any set of people who  suffer collectively  the imposition of inhumane conditions of life.  

The Rutaganda Trial Chamber observed that:

"[...] the concepts of national, ethnical, racial and religious groups have been researched extensively and that, at present, there are no generally and internationally accepted precise definitions thereof. Each of these concepts must be assessed in the light of a particular political, social and cultural context. Moreover, the Chamber notes that for the purposes of applying the Genocide Convention, membership of a group is, in essence, a subjective rather than an objective concept. The victim is perceived by the perpetrator of genocide as belonging to a group slated for destruction. In some instances, the victim may perceive himself/herself as belonging to the said group."[4]

P.1. Evidence of the existence of a "national group".

In the Akayesu case, the Trial Chamber said:

"Based on the Nottebohm decision rendered by the International Court of Justice, the Chamber holds that a national group is defined as a collection of people who are perceived to share a legal bond based on common citizenship, coupled with reciprocity of rights and duties."[5]

We have designed systems of economy that can recoup the money almost as fast as people spend it and if they spend more, they have less and give more back to the government;  but this is not genocide and those with bad consumption habits will not endure with us for very long while we will make money off of their unruly spending and  irresponsible spending tendencies. But it's a fair deal. If you spend responsibly you live and if you don't, then you die.

But you have the money as provided to you and you have a fair choice. 

 The consumers are just humans that spin the economic wheel like hamsters that spin on the global capitalist economic wheel to produce us some money on what they spend; sales tax money  or credit interest. 

But, if I am the Chinese leader I must have a Chinese Library with mostly Chinese books or if I am an Indian leader, I must have and maintain an  Indian library with mostly Indian books to be credible  and a mostly, super mostly Indian population that can expand and take up space left behind by the Canadians who are like the Dodo Birds or some other animals that failed to adapt to some changes in their economic environment.  But, the Canadian is resilient and can adapt.  He is doing it now. 

  Even if I am not really Indian and if I do not want to openly identify myself  as having some other nationality and loyalty while as  the leader or monarch of those people, I would  still wish to see my economy  work effectively; like a well oiled machine or toy. 

In fact, If I am an Indian leader, I must have and maintain an Indian population with mostly Indian people  with an income support for ALL the people that are citizens under my government so that I might be credible  and I will not tolerate theives in my bank who block l, interrupt and hold bank Indian government benefit payments to frustrate my intentions as the Indian leader. That would make a vacuum. Power abhorred me. The man doing this at the bank wants me to come for him, find him and beat him.  Even if I am not really Indian and if I do not want to openly identify myself  as having some other nationality, loyalty and a foreign  non English, Non Canadian, Non American, Non Human basic hegemony instinct, then I would  still wear clothing for my dignity and do what is logical even if I have such an identity  complex or condition or symptom while the leader or monarch of those good, relatively average Brown and Red people. But, to make a point, the English people are not lousy people.  

Could you run an economy in such a way to achieve some anthropy, ancestral or developmental identity or is it to confirm some regen motive; as in a human regen conceived from DNA found in a 1920 Missouri hotel tea cup born in 1967 and you get the job as a politician by 1980.  

But, as much as people say to increase the income support, you can't hear them and you say you don't hear what they say? You don't hear what they say while you are being overrun by angry Indians who are tired of you and what they have to do to save the country.  

But, we will make money on them all and all of their wild spending as provoked by the smart phone networks. We pay in 10 cents per minute 365 days per year and take it back at 16% sales tax in Canada. It's 4% in the US.  This is good; yea?  We pay .010% of the first $EUD 10,000,000.00 sales tax collected every day in the UK  to the heraldry fund that supports the Monarch personally and all Heritage Trust buildings, museums and galleries. .010%  of $EUD 10,000,000.00 is $Eud 100,000.00 paid every day and about   $EUD 3,000,000.00 over 30 days into the Heraldry fund. We have a fair honorific  deal.This is good corn, Dosh and readies for our commander. We respect him dearly.  We support our governor; and government.    To get an idea,  $EUD 10,000,000.00 works out to 10,000 daily taxable hotel reservations at $EUD 1000.00 per bill. 

That is about 7 nights at $ EUD 142.85 per night or is it $1000.00 per month  to utilise the untapped average hotel vacancy in the hotel industry? 

We get the same figure  with  10,000 car rentals at $142.85 per day.     

We need people, our own people included, who are sufficiently funded so that they can help us generate this economy.  Every life with money in hand is like a turbine or piston to turn over this economic activity.
