There is no doubt that it is an unborn, frozen human embryo but someone wants to know what happens if the embryo for invitro that could look like a drop of water or an ice cube with no signs of human form is flushed, evaporated or destroyed in some other way. Well, it cannot be murder since whether the embryo will be born some how and registrable as a human being to be given a name, birth certificate and other documentation confirming its official status remains to be seen. It cannot be the destruction of animal life either. Its not alive yet and capable of maintaining some life function on its own. But, it is genetic material that we hope one day will move out of its liquid water type state and take solid human form. At best, because of the time and input to store this genetic material, the unborn, frozen human embryo as stored by a company or clinic is the property of the legal entity storing and invested in the time and energy to store them. As there could be several inputs, an income support is helpful as paid to all citizens so we can all pray and cover and enjoy our dignity and prayers in the unseen community surrounding these potential new human beings before they are born and afterwards. At best, because of the time and input to store this genetic material, the unborn, frozen human embryo as stored by a company or clinic is the property of the legal entity storing and invested in the time and energy to store them.    As there could be several inputs, an income support is helpful as paid to all citizens so we can all pray and cover and enjoy our dignity and prayers in the unseen community surrounding these potential new human beings before they are born and afterwards.  But, underfunding some families that live in some areas while funding others who live in other areas is a more significant distraction and interruption that we can send pleadings to the Court about and with evidence where the Government will concede the point and settle the issue on its merits since equality in benefit provision is the law that cannot be interrupted by an agenda that has no explanation but that has left us to guess the intention behind it since 1980 and no one really can say what the agenda is since See Fraser v. Canada and an application of Section 15 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms or  the 14th amendment under US law; that all fetuses would be treated safely, protected and preserved equally in life and also in their conception.  This is the law and we do not need a civil rights movement over income support now that is not based on race but on location of one's habitation where all should enjoy the privileges and the immunities of citizens of the United States and certainly the UN DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS IS ADOPTED INTO US LAW UNDER THE CONSTITUTION AS AN ADOPTED TREATY THAT HAS IMPORT AND EFFECT OVER ACTIVITIES TRANSPIRING IN THE US.  SEE ARTICLE 2 AND ARTICLE 6.  

When we abuse the economy like this and then endeavor to solve it with some other means other than what is necessary, we are only asking for cultural identification and in the abuse of authority and to know something about ourselves. You can raise taxes any way you wish to and you want to appear as in control; making the decision as to how to solve the whole in the dam. but, that is our point. We just wanted to let you know that we are looking to you to solve it and we can see the reports on the $27 billion deficit over first three months of the year.  The hole in the dam is;

1.  Insufficient tax collection; and

2.  Insufficient income support paid as it has not increased since 1980 and is also not being paid to all     citizens as required by law with Federal funds in play.  

But, raising taxes pushes all kinds of people out of a region where there is no income support paid. Bringing people from other economies where they receive more income support than what you are willing to pay to yourself and your own team or your own population is not the self defensive solution.  With the above two issues being the problem, it is to see that this will always be the problem but then to make it work you must bring the above two factors into harmony.  You need money because of the debt you have to pay to Europe and all you have to do is work out the policies that satisfy your seminal European quality economy.  So, like Europe, you collect taxes but you cannot collect from people who do not have any money or you have not paid them enough.  You are not really European although you were hatched like some of us in Canada and raised to speak some French as your real pirate creole culture says "...you need to eat and that is why you kill, steal and destroy" as you resist European expectations and their preservative economic formalism.  North America is really their economy and you are just the consumers and the consumers' politicians. So,  maybe you now decide to assimilate to Europe(they are trying to teach you to stand up and just accept it) and .....collect enough money to pay every citizen an income support, pay for your subs with stolen technology as built by AIR BUS and you make he money to all citizens a priority along with police funding so that your economy will work harmoniously with common sense and you will have earned more money and faster as you pay your whole population.    

They might have stayed if they were receiving an income support. Maybe some people from Oshawa will move to Toronto to help out in the vacuousness caused by the flight of people who cannot afford to live their post 100% job automation without an income support where many jobs are no longer available. But, if you were looking for culture to follow economically, you could try Europe that includes France and Germany as they pay an income support to all citizens equally. We see the problem; and it would seem that  your motive in reaction to the problem is to miss this European policy direction and follow culturally what is happening in the US where all citizens are not paid equally and some do not receive any income support.   We acknowledge your response to the legal and economic problem since 1980 when this pattern of inequality began.   We say you could enable all families to have sufficient income support to feed the children that are birthed or hatched and you say you will feed the children; but not support the families so the children are fed and the mother and father are hungry yet unable to pay attention while driving the children to school.         

If the government needed money it could raise sales tax by a half a percentage point or 1/10 of a point to raise the revenue it seeks over a few days or months but starving part of the population and breaking the law is not the way to do it with all of the various economic misfeasance. Instead of starving certain areas of needed income support, we could  have super sales tax zones where certain postal codes see a super sales tax around 25% while sales tax on average would be increasing to about 20%  make up for lost revenue from other sources such as employment pay deductions that carry less of the national burden due to fewer people working as a result of automation.  Toronto, as a super sales tax zone, would have all the funding it needs for transit, armored police helicopters, Police Humvees and Police F22 Raptors if they want them. Why not?    But, that could be excessive and unreasonable.  What has been the crime impact in the lack of income support funding for the Toronto region?  We have the best police in the world who can solve the problem nationally maybe also.  We see the problem. Providing an income support to the region does  mean some crime will go down.  But, for many is  an anthropological expression.   It could be the comptroller that cooks the books but does not really need the money and he does it where ever he goes.   It could be people who have housing with their grandma but maybe 8 grand children become confused  as to the ownership since what is housing if the land is really aboriginal land they say deep down and so they try to sell the property  where they ended up convicted and excluded from being on the premises. The 9th grandson does not try to sell the property but continues as legally permitted to remain on the property. The other 8 have tried to kill the 9th instead of cooperate on the issue and have chosen to try to attack the 9th. Also, they refuse to respect the order excluding them from the property while the 9th hopes cooperation; and they could have 7 minute BBQ's or lunch before they found in breach of the Court order.         

It could be the McDonalds employee and his friends who find a way at the McDonalds back office and the bank back office to switch the account details  on a McDonalds point of sale machine so that the transactions go to his personal account or some massage parlor's account for an hour every day and they thought the restaurant was too big to notice.  It might have happened once when the new terminals were installed in the mid part of 2010. They put spit in the coffee. This is anthropology and it happened in various parts of the country where income support was plentiful. Some of the individuals, although charged and called to attend Court, have absconded and remain international fugitives.   The are now advocates of an equal beneficial income support where all citizens pay the same sales tax as they do at the moment and then all citizens will receive the same amount of income support. It should be $70000.00 per year.  I can only say people will protest the super sales tax regions since they will pay more than other Canadians to eat but we could defend the super sales tax  in certain regions on the basis that all citizens in the region receive the enhanced public services and water quality  to be provided with the extra funding in that locality.   

The government covered the errors up to $60000.00 of any loss.   

We have seen that there are some proclivities that will always gravitate to urban areas and no matter how much money they have, they will offend in some expression of their anthropology.  Crime could increase in some forms but go down in other forms. Maybe you will presume that 19 year olds who buy vehicles in cash after 5 years of Oshawa, St. Catherine's etc income support  are up to no good and this is why you need the F22 Raptor for police work in the region.     We agree and we would be so happy if we can enjoy nice dignified, new moments and new train cars to come and enjoy the region.  We see the problem.

My cousin lives in Quebec where he is receiving $38000.00 per year but his nephews live in Ottawa where they only receive $20000.00 per year and he teaches law in Ottawa; the people in Toronto and Guelph as well as all of Peel receiving nothing.  What if we had nothing but an economy of wealthy transient income support benefit recipients  travelling through our country from other economies that do pay an income support to all of their citizens and we never stopped to notice as the schools in our economy empty out or all the students are Asian in certain regions when the income support was not being paid sufficiently to all citizens in all regions?     We see the problem.      

We do not need a civil rights issue on this location disparity.   We see the problem and we know the law. Everyone should be receiving an income support as of yesterday that is paid out to a certain standard.   It will help us while our economy has not blocked out foreign workers who arrive with many years of income support collected and saved and who may buy their way into jobs and other contracts for a fast food franchise location.  So long as they are working and we can afford to do the buying with our less bountiful income support, everyone is reasonably content although there is something not totally right but so long as we can eat. We need to eat.  The super sales tax zones(Toronto, Campbellford, Orangeville, Guelph, Kingston etc)  will probably push people to move to certain other postal code regions (such as Oakville, Kitchener etc) where the sales tax is more in line with the average and this will  at least not involve the more immediate illegality in benefit inequality across the postal codes causing this illegal location disparity. In bringing an application before the Court, you would see that it is absolutely unnecessary in the case of an honest government. We do not have the bank statements from the people in Ottawa vs.  Guelph and Toronto  where they receive nothing.    But, the government does.   

Frazer v. Canada is an example of when the government sues itself; applying the law to end some policy issue that might have been unintended but it does hurt families and communities when, as the real issue,  mothers and children are distracted by their hunger and need for food.  This is the real issue when it comes to school distraction in some areas that do not see all citizens receiving at least $20,000.00 per year as income support although it should be $70,000.00 per year for all citizens across the country. That works out to $8.00 per hour to achieve our goals.  Federal funds are involved in the administration of every state and every province in addition to loans and funding from foreign nations who would expect that the economy is UN compliant.  

The Fervent and effectual prayers of the righteous nation, Muslim, Jewish or Christian,  ensures that all citizens in that nation are receiving a sufficient good serving of income support so that every genetic mother and father enjoys this unseen project in public. It's good national defense. Its good for the community. It's good for the Asian and European economy as they need a nation of buyers for their mass produced goods.   The only legal father is the father that the mother of the child anoints with that duty and he confirms he accepts and these embryos could be in the food at McDonalds, the pasta or in the grains they use to make cereals or bread. But, the mother must have at least taken a sip of the father's drink during their conversations or riskily used his tooth brush or...they "did it" after the 24 hour news channel evening update program every night. When cohabiting, she does not have to look around to get some...to do it. She has her cat or dog  and her snuggle man right there.   It's like having the convenience of an in home laundry that gives you the wash; safe at home and consistent...not too many unknown users like a public laundry.                

From all we understand, there could be embryos in the gaseous mist that is excreted from a woman when she sneezes. But, that gaseous mist is not human yet while it contains the zygote embryonic molecules of potential human life as composed from her husband's gametes and her gametes.  In this state, the zygote in gaseous state or water state or early solid embryonic state cannot sue yet for its hurt feelings or any physical injury as it is only a potentially a human life some day.  It's not formally legally in registered legal existence as an actual, born human being; a registered legal entity.
