Governments like this do not need enemies as they stand in that space as an enemy to itself. They know the problem and continue in a course of action unabated. There is a set of individuals engaged in politics that show no tenderness or care to address the proverbial thorn in the dog's paw or the hurt suffered by many citizens in the unequal provision of income support in their economy. Instead of responding and resolving it with capitalist motivation or nationalistic fervour or motivation consistent with the Ministry of Defense, they say the population can sue.

Those funding such governments engaged in this activity are aiding and abetting genocide and UN violations generally (Article 25 of the UDHR) if they do not demand that the defaulting government regularise their socioeconomic programs and stop the victimising of an identifiable segment of their population. Our economy is much like someone whipping, with commercials, a horse that has already passed out. It is underfunded. But, you could fund your national population and use them to express your belief, your mythology in the media about your North American global hegemony. You could use them with a simple variable to ensure all citizens in North America have no less than $35040.00 a year as income support. That works out to $4.00 per hour approximately. Instead, you bring foreigners to the economy who have more income support money than you do; and you have negated your hegemony at home and abroad as you do this in some contortion about the identity of the aboriginal self with many dna crisscrossing in the blood and also cross crossing in the mind and heart and the need to be accepted. Isn't it normal to make decisions that defend your sports team's hegemony? You wouldn't let the opposing team into your dressing room.

Race is not the issue unless it is to put the Anglo or the North American into a globally underfunded racial classification as compared to other populations. Bingham was pointing out a general equality for all citizens under the law and in terms of government services and benefits. This is the general basis of law in the UK and Canada.

We look to the white people in North America to do the good that white can do like find the lost balance in benefit equality, solve it by providing equal income support benefits to all citizens, fix the economic engine without resorting to the immigration of well funded foreigners who enjoy consistent income support benefits from their foreign economy, solve the sources of lost power in the economy and lost revenue without borrowing people with money and borrowing money itself from foreign economies. The white can do it to save us all. They fix things all day. They can fix it.

These other populations buy as you die in your own home land. But, you also steal from them. You offer wild billions to defend something; the country and its population I hope but there are some glaring basics that are unresolved. You defend your population against problems like famine first of all. This is a basic principle. You do this in the modern world with an income support that automates much of the energy spent on needing to hand out rations. This simple commitment to a total and all encompassing income support will turn your economy into a tiger economy. While we could guarantee $4.00 an hour as a basic legal minimum, $8 an hour is recommended as paid to all citizens. It is cold most of the year. Then you defend your borders against foreign take over.

Yet, when you say you will not feed your own people during a famine ( a job famine with moneyless-ness as caused by automation) and you say you would rather adopt others from another land who have enjoyed the world of automatic money paid to them regularly in amounts that give their population certainty in the ability to pay where they travel, you have missed the point and you say it should be ok because they are only hear from a communist country to rub your back and cook food for you and make you feel like you have the authority big pappa.

But, you run social benefit policies that fail to defend the life of all citizens. It creates a resonance of sad inequality as festered illegally by public officials as if some want us to remember this pain from other eras before equality laws guaranteed at least a minimum equality in terms of government payment of benefits and services.

You don't respect their lives so how do you say or what is the point of saying machine weaponry is needed to defend them? Some have received $20,000.00 per year as income support over the last 40 years. Some have received $50,000.00 per year.

Some have received none; wrong location to receive some money support automatically or wrong gender if you are to receive it no matter where you live in Ontario. You can buy machines and ships for defense but the life of the population (your people) has not been defended yet. We need to defend all lives socioeconomically; equally. You are not sure who is writing this. You might wish to do something but not because the writer is white but because it is imperative for national defence.

The Russians understood this. Is it that you like the feeling that some people get more than others in an unequal provision of public funds but everyone is paying the same income tax or sales tax rates?

If a real North American Creole like Bingham with a natural sense of North American hegemony that was part French (seen above) brought the above problem to our attention as.....a team, how do you respond? Instead, you argue and offer billion dollar discounts on home heating costs to help Canadians. But, a discount on heating or affordable housing is great but unreachable, unattainable without money and its unfair when some citizens get more from our collective national assets than others when it is an asset pool to which we all have contributed. The people of Nova Scotia only get $20,000.00 per year as income support. The Quebecois only receive $38000.00 income support. This inequality can be resolved and why defend the retrograde policy, affecting your economy and your population where you take on large numbers of disappearing foreign citizens when this policy occurs as illegal policy expressing differential treatment before you were ever involved in politics? It offends s.15 of the Charter. But, if you were just a citizen receiving no income support or only $20,000.00 per year or only $50,000.00 per year, how would you respond genuinely if you could solve it? How would you solve it when you get less money than some other citizens and this is with money you pay as sales tax or income tax? If you are not dead, you should be disappointed with this. It means you have less significantly than others over 10 years or more. You have less ability to pay, to spend and enjoy the new housing that is promised. You have received less than others from our common tax pool. But, apparently you are in a job as an elected where you can solve this in how this inequality affects us. We appeal to you to help us.

The Chinese, the South Asian Indians, Africans and the people from Richmond Hill or St. Catherine's have moved to Toronto and Toronto is obvious. It is just as crowded but with a more other world ethnic diversity. The white or Asian kid born in Ottawa or Richmond Hill with his family was not resident in Richmond Hill or Ottawa for his 14th birthday. They had moved to Guelph so he was not in receipt of his $20,000.000 per year income support automatically. He was supported by family and made an Ontario Wokes application when he was 19 years old. He played hockey with kids from Kitchener who received their $20,000.00 income support from 14 years old and who lived 5 minutes away. He was interviewed by two people earning $90,000.00 during his application. He qualified in every way as his accounts said he has less than $10,000.00 in his Canadian accounts but they denied him because they wanted to think he might have money as a gospel singer at people's weddings so they denied him his $10,000 per year income support. It looks he received $1500.00 but he was still under the threshold and it was not employment money but a good will gesture. He moves to Toronto to look for work in a hotel like many others and this added to the perceived crowding. He did not get the job because he felt like he needs and they hired Indian kids who receive $30,000.00 a year income support who arrive Toronto for work experience when they were told Toronto has a population shortage as many people disappear if they are not careful; especially as Condo owners in downtown Toronto people who bought and moved in from Richmond Hill or Oshawa. When there is a palpable Charter issue causing hurtful problems affecting thousands of people, we would hope that the government would be able to resolve the problem on its own when the matter is bright to their attention when the Charter of Rights and Freedoms is a contract with the populations. Mr. Bingham, you say defense is the ambit of Parens matriae or Patriae where all citizens are your adoptive children and you feed them all, defend them all from colds, famines etc. You provide to them in equal measure. You defend them all. Weaponry to defend them is a key consideration. Money is oxygen.

You are the boss Mr. Bingham and you may be a Europol attaché as you solve it. So, We pay all citizens an income support equally like the Europeans and Russians. They have Black citizens. We pay an anti -congestion charging sales tax of 22% or higher in capital regions to reduce congestion and over crowding, encouraging activity and habitation outside of the centre. At least this is not illegal and affects all equally. Starving the citizens of income support in certain locations is illegal and violates the constitution's charter laws. If it's about money, do you presume you can access the income support money not spent on citizens in certain locations and if you could wouldn't you be able to access the new anti congestion charging sales tax? With their income support as paid equally to all citizens across the nation or certainly to all citizens within each province pursuant to National defense goals they are likely to take their income support when possible as it confirms their ability to pay and enable a move and just find a home on private rent outside of the anti-congestion charging region.

Defending your way of life involves a reliance on the people that have been born into your society and economy and also a reliance on those that have been adopted by that society and economy. How many natural born citizens did you lose this week to moneyless-ness and socioeconomic underfunding? How many did the imagined enemy actually lose? War is always a numbers game involving how many people do you have vs. how many people does the imagined enemy have and this involves a commitment to the basics of ensuring the vitality of every human life on your tally with the simplest methodology possible; not a personal nefarious contortion about identity or high society or low society (its all the same these days in Ontario any way as influenced by a socioeconomic contortionist) and it begins before troops are deployed or declarations are made. It begins with ensuring that your population does not succumb to death even before war breaks out since when it does break out, it is only regret that you have no population to defend you and you need as many people as possible who are alert and ready. The idea that you could run a socio-economy that feeds some but not all with no other motivation but to rehash some old aboriginal "them and us" hurt is asinine. The social benefit program in Ontario starves the big metropolis and many of the rural areas in equal measure also. It has nothing to do with overcrowding and the inequitable funding of some but not all is also illegal. All pay the same income tax and also the same sales tax, contributing equally to the life of the community so all should benefit equally. So, its time to think. It violates s.15 of the Charter and it only takes a soul that is willing to follow a menu to make billions selling burgers or brewing beer to solve this. It has nothing to do with any capability one achieves with schooling after grade 10. I was a major chain restaurant employee before I finished grade 10 and I made butter milk pancake mix from scratch using real butter milk and eggs. I also made the pancakes. You now have more coffee donuts being served across the country than you have citizens.

The spending promises are exciting and great, however, and this is good as we also need to defend the life of citizens before and after war breaks out. They need enough peace and rest in preparation for war. The Europeans and Asians do this, provide this for their citizens. Their economies are self reliant and regenerative l, capable of carrying our debt burden on their backs as they pay enough money to all citizens so that most social problems can resolve themselves automatically in the discretion of the citizen who has enough money to cover himself with hotel shelter if he chooses to or not. He can buy his food and get rest as he dreams about being an active duty soldier. He is not hungry but reasonably fit and fed for the jobs.

The European and Asian governments that fund us are expecting a quiet revolve to ensure all citizens receive their income support; all citizens so there is a reasonably healthy population to defend and they can wear the uniform. This will not cost billions and can be rolled into these exciting defense commitments.

We humbly request your favor and your assistance as the national potentate. We are all aboriginal here; some more Seminole or Mohican and moves North took place early help in the North American experience for the colonialists to populate areas where really there were few people of any kind. Every human life has value; and every residential or industrial property has value. But, when does a State Attorney General have more expertise in valuing a property than the owner of the property or the bank or loan corporation that is in the industry of valuing property responsibly and making or withdrawing or extending loans in their self protective best interests in the daily regular operation of their business? If you were to challenge the valuation, how do you challenge it? What is the valuation date? Is it the date of the application of the loan or the date when the loan is granted? What did you propose is the correct valuation? The State Attorney General cannot even answer that question and should ensure that they are enforcing the law and fighting crimes when there is a complainant instead of taking bribes and starting investigations to harass their political opponents of their family's life long political party. According to the internet, the Attorney General is a Democrat and as the case is one of political interference with no complainant and no victim under the Civil or Criminal law, it must be withdrawn as an embarrassing show of one's abuse of discretion. If you have no complainant, you have no crime If no one under the contract affected by the right or wrong valuation cried foul, then you have no contractual cause for litigation or dispute. You leave the consenting parties to maintain their business dealings under the usual course of business especially no one has complained of loss or breach of contract or fraud. Even the Attorney General is estopped from going beyond the corporate vale or editing the binding contract between the parties if, on the face of it, there are grounds to challenge the contract on public or private grounds. This feels like John Adams pretender trying to steal the real John Adams farm and brewery.

Its like she just woke up one morning and said she feels the man should never have had his own property that he might refinance it, and allow the loan company to value it in accordance with usual business practices. The loan company provided their own valuation. Maybe the judgements were written by the Governor of NYY; not a Judge in one of the worst abuse of power cases. But, otherwise, she is a nice lady that can re-task her energies more purposefully and genuinely to help the general population. Has she been feeding her own headlines involving the upcoming election to CNN; headlines about states removing certain Republican candidates from the ballot in places such as Illinois but that has not happened in any case yet does she want it reported this way and why?

It would be best that she focuses on the gender based benefit inequality some where, like in New York state maybe and in Ontario also; if she can do it as the inequality offends the Fourteenth amendment. If the transgender in New York are receiving an automatic, guaranteed and ensured $40,000.00 income support from 12 years old paid into their bank account without making any application for such support, then this support, as funded by New York State sales taxes and other taxes collected from all citizens must be paid equally to every citizen in New York State regardless of gender, race, religion or any other form of differentiation. That's the job!! This would be really helpful.

The Equal Protection Clause is located at the end of Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment:

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. [emphasis added]. It was written after the Civil War and Emancipation.

Every economy has a resonance; like music. Maybe some economies sound like the economic death and frustration of previous generations in the face of job cancelling new technologies where some live and some die; some have and some do not where it might have been difficult to see how to solve the economic problems for all. It was not impossible then and nor is it impossible now when we can design submarines, aircraft and economies that defy human doubt. We see that all European economies before WW1 provided for all citizens and most but not all US Eastern seaboard economies provided for all citizens. The decision makers have to know it is possible to run an economy that provides for all citizens. If the economy does not provide for all citizens, why would that be? It is illegal. On the issue of hegemony, we wonder if it is a genetic expression of hegemony to argue with the economic standard of European and Asian economies; an argument only to feel a sense of independence and hegemony over oneself while you also demand the national sovereignty to decide the average quality of life of your population or the inconsistent, low consumer activity in the operation of the economy that you would then try to bandage with national policies that destabilize the national financial system with irresponsibly low interest rates, hoping that people with no money would qualify for low interest loans. It would seem you have used national policy making powers in your demand for national sovereignty but you fail to answer the problem directly as you determine not to take suggestion from European powers or Asian powers. In the argument in the low national revenue, you find yourself unthinkingly seeking the assistance of the European and Asian powers for a loan and loans that negate your effort at hegemony in your arguments with Europe as to whether you must pay all citizens a certain income support and whether you must collect a certain amount of sales tax; and this loss of sovereignty and hegemony transpired in your effort to maintain a kind of independence and hegemony over yourself in your argument with the Europeans who meant you well; when you chose to do it your way.

We see that slavery is a real human happening and it may not have been as significant as we thought but one white slave woman in a free town with her enslaved expectations of life is enough negativity and less than free expectation to leaven a free child's beliefs sometimes in the modern world or that of a whole generation if you spin her eggs around enough and create people with low self expectations as if their inherited emotional programming is from someone who was born in slavery and died in slavery and will say someone who believes he could register a business name feels too free to them in the year 2022 and should be resented. Only the slave makes equality difficult although its the law. They are too busy reciting the pains of their oppression or recreating the experience and if you try to spotlight the happy way, they take it as a challenge to their independence or their freedom from authority. The Happy way is sometimes just the law. The job is yours.

You are like a man offered a key to unlock your shackles and chains to end your slavery and before you try to hear and accept their help with that key, you refuse them and the keys since you don't know what the key is for or how it works while you prefer, in your cave man understanding, a hack saw that you use to cut through the chain but you also cut your foot off also in the process; making yourself even more dependent as you need even more of their help. This is what you have done economically. In your resistance of solutions from your neighbours and lenders, you are like the man who says he needs to have the sovereignty over his town folk, to kill whomever he wishes in his village. The village becomes a country and does not want you telling him what the law is from Europe. But if you heard what they have to say, you would have more. In the end, you will run outnumbered by those Europeans. You are only fighting yourself and your own life when you do not just accept their advice to save your people in response to an automation economy that affects us all with joblessness that causes moneylessness. We might look the same but we are not the same. We are human and believe in human cooperation. It's not difficult. It's like a dog poop on the side walk. You know it has to be answered. It's like inequality with the income support benefits that is really evil, and unfair when, however, we are all paying the same sales taxes.

But, if you really wanted to feel hegemony over the Europeans why not take their suggestions and ensure that you pay every American citizen/ every North American citizen the amount as the average European and then also one dollar more than the average European every day; for that sense of hegemony? If its about boiling an egg, maybe there is really only one way to do it and there is nothing wrong with taking the European suggestion on how to run an economy before there is egg all over you. You would still be in debt to Europe at this time or China and you would still need national revenue to maintain that debt. There is nothing wrong with having more national revenue to achieve this more "save face" objective. Instead, you ask us to pretend with you that you are achieving something in what you are doing at present as you refuse to acknowledge the voters and their right to decide who they will call President. I think you are really from New Brunswick anyway.

In all normal functioning capitalist economies, it is the custom that all citizens have an income support. This would be Ra'ah-conomics. vs. Maroonomics.

Then, we have pure aboriginals who saw explorers and missionaries hug them and kiss them, feigning family while stealing the worth of the aboriginal and their elders such as the native lands. Now, it seems you can see some 4th or 5th generation aboriginals( called Black or White) express this two faces pattern in their own families with a disregard of the property owner occupier to decide for themselves what they would like to do; for themselves and their people. Not all black or white Anglo aboriginals are involved but there is a loss of the pure aboriginal respect and reverence of the elders as observed in many scenarios after all the genetic milieu between explorers, pirate and the aboriginal. We must keep people safe from any plot or plotting.

In this Maroonomics, there is a socioeconomics that emerges to the present day that says your way of being and doing and existing is worked out subconsciously by all around you to be some where in between the two worlds; the world of the indigenous and the received culture of Europe or Asia just as a maroon on a damaged boat could drift in between two points of land for years. Maybe you legalized the drugs before you fund it; fund the people and the economy that you could afford to buy the drugs in addition to food, clothing, shelter and water. This experience in the blood of the survivors creates an interesting culture of certain human capabilities that keeps itself in a limbo as it may and the pain of the marooned alive. Those in that culture understand each other. The economies of the English exemplify this pattern; a kind of frustration in between the received culture and that cultural expectation and ongoing aboriginal self determination. Reducing North American taxes is not the solution as it reduces the governments ability to respond to problems. But, the maybe the solution is a purposeful balance; a small provision of income support to every citizen at no less than $300.00 per day and also a small increase in taxes that will also help to stave off concerns about over consumption and wasteful consumption. All goals are achieved and the social and economic problems are averted; like from a well designed truck or car cabin with soo much thoughtfulness and human consideration; so crazy thoughtful....WOW and no North American is dying in front of the well funded foreigners any more who technically own the Capitol Building in every state with the loans we pay to Europe and Asia!!!!

The only way is to give every citizen an income support that amounts to an economic fraction of what you save in human wages. This fraction of money saved can be as small as $6.00 per hour (10 cents per minute) 24 hours per day; 365 days per year to fulfill our purpose to ensure there is sufficient consumer stimulus and buying power on the market for robotically made goods that also fulfill their purpose 24 hours per day. In 1939, 1 cent a minute that works out to $5000.00 per year would have been enough to prevent the ongoing depression. In 1947, 2 cents a minute might have been enough to ensure a peaceful, recession free economy that would have been in parity with the socioeconomic peace and prosperity of Europe.

In 1964, 3 cents a minute might have been enough to save President Kennedy and America that would have provided $15000.00 per year. Seti has sent a decree that all citizens of any country in the world shall have an income support tomorrow of Jo less than 9 cents per minute with an Income support. The sales tax is recommended at 50%.

Sales tax is a tax on human activity. It does not affect the raw cost of goods. It is pure government revenue. It's like a levy for the cost of cleaning at the local public pool. You see it as a levy on your entrance ticket added to the cost of your ticket. The same levy or tax appears on your grocery bill...add to the cost of your expenditure. It might be 13% or 20% but if the government needs to be sure it can afford of it's logical economic obligations, it can raise revenue through sales tax that can effectively be as high as 100% from time to time...to keep the people humble and keep them feeling lime they are suffering under you but also the sales taxe revenue is used to keep the people funded with a reasonable minimum income support of 12 cents/pence per minute. The English will not only be some of the best footballers but also comparatively the most handsomely funded consumers in the world with the most agile socio-economics. This would be GeorgeBest-onomics.

Their government spends less money on the ills that would be caused by moneylessness in any population and more time is spent collecting money on all human consumer activities. They lend you money when you are in debt with your "dog chasing his tail" discussions about all the human problems caused by the moneylessness caused by job automation. While it is obvious how to efficiently and lovingly, self defensively, "basic instinct-ually" solve it, you do not solve it but continue to spend energy embarrassing yourselves on TV just talking about the problems. You talk about people dying and freezing and starving in your economy. Do you pay all citizens an income support? Sze Sze!!

But what does it really matter if the lives of your people do not matter to you?

All the little lessons of capitalism you did not respect eventually add up. You did not have enough consumers as real buyers with real money for too many decades. So, your car company is in debt to the government. The government sold it's car company debt to Asian companies. So, they own you. You still don't have enough consumers as real buyers with real money as you are. It respecting that all normal capitalist economies provide an income support to all citizens that is sufficient to cover all human economic necessities on a daily basis.

If income support is accepted as a necessary humanitarian legal requisite by virtue of the UDHR, then it is a legal requisite. If income support is accepted as a necessary aspect of any economy anywhere in the world post 85% Total job automation, it is because the money is necessary to maintain the humane conditions of life. Then a denial of income support would be imposition of the cruel and unusual circumstances and conditions of life that would satisfy the definition of genocide.

The denial of income support money is the denial of food, water, shelter and human safety thereby creating conditions of life that satisfy the genocide definition. Why deny this money to any citizens under your international treaty obligations? You pay some citizens but not others based on gender or home address. Those unpaid citizens constitute a target group under the law. Genocide is a crime under Federal US law, UK Law and the Criminal Code of Canada.

"[...] the concepts of national, ethnical, racial and religious groups have been researched extensively and that, at present, there are no generally and internationally accepted precise definitions thereof. Each of these concepts must be assessed in the light of a particular political, social and cultural context. Moreover, the Chamber notes that for the purposes of applying the Genocide Convention, membership of a group is, in essence, a subjective rather than an objective concept. The victim is perceived by the perpetrator of genocide as belonging to a group slated for destruction. In some instances, the victim may perceive himself/herself as belonging to the said group."[4]

We have designed systems of economy that can take back the money as fast as people spend it and if they spend more, they have less and give more back to the government but this is not genocide and those with bad consumption habits will not endure with us for very long while we will make money off of their unruly spending and irresponsible spending ways.

They are just hamsters that spin on the global capitalist economic wheel to produce us some money on what they spend; sales tax money or credit interest. But, if I am the Chinese leader I must have a Chinese Library with mostly Chinese books or if I am an Indian leader, I must have and maintain an Indian library with mostly Indian books to be credible even if I am not really Indian and if I do not want to openly identify myself as having some other nationality and loyalty while the leader or national master of those people. In fact, If I am an Indian leader, I must have and maintain an Indian population with mostly Indian people with an income support for ALL the people that are citizens under my government to be credible even if I am not really Indian and if I do not want to openly identify myself as having some other nationality, loyalty and a foreign non English, Non Canadian, Non American, Non Human basic hegemony instinct if I have such a condition or symptom while the leader or national master of those people. The English people are not lousy people.
