This will confirm that we are in a discussion with a family who has offered us $20,000.00 for her down payment to own Frost Byte ™ and they are in the process of finalising their offer. After that, we will accept $80.00 per day on a 40 year deal to pay out the entire agreement. This will be $50.00 per location. Our current offer: This or any other franchise Intellectual property name (one name) is offered for $10,000.00 CAD dollars. You will own the entire name and franchise Idea. We expect some offers. You pay, once opened, an additional $65.00 per day for 100 years for every location but you must pay years up front six months after signing. The contract, upon signing and after paying the $10,000.00, will confirm that you are the owner purchaser and that there is the payment still outstanding and when it is due. You can start selling additional franchises upon signing. Again, the $65.00 must be paid per day per location until the original single location contract at $65.00 per day for 100 years is paid out. This same agreement applies for My Chocolate King(TM)/MCK(TM) also and any other franchise system that we have communicated and shared in public before.

If you are waiting like this and hoping for him to evaporate,  Inheritance in some worlds is a very emotional phenomenon and the word is French for heritage.  There could be a lot of this going on.  Maybe we will all inherit something from that movie director or that actor. I don't know.  I decided to buy the movie and the poster or a doll from the movie.   You can get out of the "pie in the sky" waiting game of inheritance and own this restaurant and intellectual property now.  You will own it forever. We only ask for the purchase price and we ask for an intellectual property fee at $85.00 per day for 70 years.  You can buy out the contract at any time and pay the amount up front in a lump sum deal. In cooperation, 10 friends can buy into the concept and we are happy to negotiate on any of the terms.  We will provide all of the legals.    You will own the entire company and we will actually register the name on your behalf for an additional $4000.00.   Please  call us for a copy so you can review the arrangement.

If you prefer, The current regular offer is $10,000.00 upon signing and $85.00 per day on a 70 year deal with at least five years paid in full at the end of the six months after signing. In cooperation, 10 friends can buy into the concept and we are happy to negotiate on any of the terms.  We will provide all of the legals.  The $85.00/day must be paid per location until the original contract is paid at $85.00/ day on the 70 year deal.
