It maintains the population and we are happy to see others join us since he who has the most people wins since with people, you maintain your territory, dominion and your hegemony. You can expand and join other populations. You can afford to maintain yourself in any part of the world. You keep pace with the imagined competition. Is it Russia? They fund 100% of their population. They see that across Canada and the US, only 48% of the population is funded and it is as low as 28% in the US alone. So, then the other 72% of under funded Americans is the real issue behind weak consumer stimulus. It is rumored that Kenya has decided to increase its income support by .90 cents an hour. The Americans, in their talk about capitalism have missed their own point when you talk about marketing and selling where there is no market of regular, certain buyers while they focus on the freedom their system promises to adventuring marketers to create a gazillion candy bars, soft drinks, toys and new gadgets with product designers involving new product creation that is met by always comparatively low consumer stimulus and low buyer certainty. Usually the party choose the candidate. The candidate cannot nominate themselves. A disqualified candidate, no matter how manly and gung ho, cannot qualify an equally disqualified individual. The party cannot nominate a disqualified candidate. The disqualified cannot nominate themselves. But, we can work for the future. What essential issues can we solve in the foreground or back ground and earn our pardon or our credibility? There are lives to save. Did you know Ben Johnson is entitled to his gold medal as a Canadian athlete since the drug he took was not a prescription drug but available over the counter any where in the world and therefore, it was not illegal if it was found in your urine or blood stream?

This essay is about money and how it is the missing vital component to the mystery of the North American economy.  We see that money as a culture is quite old; ancient and the evidence is how money is commented on in the bible where it says money answers all things.  What would be the angst in a government sending money to your citizens when you would do so in a banking system that allows thieves to interrupt and intercept the payments?  You need a new banking system or a police service that is alive to the issue with police in the bank that can correct the misgivings of the errant banker.  While money is a culture along with clothing, there is a glorious West Indian culture that involves food and music. But, it is not a "them and us" agenda that resists money and marooning in its own lands as if to tell a story while seeking money in your lands and territories although such money is denied in that West Indian land; not all West Indian lands however.   Money is a culture and we should not resist it in the propagation of our West Indian culture.  With money, in fact, we have  more time to enjoy our food and music and propagate this culture when we have the money in our lands and we will have enough money to travel almost any where and set up a restaurant. $50,000.00 USD per year for the West Indian  is proposed partially to ensure European hegemony in that it is less than what the average European receives as income support.  Yet, it will enable the Supply of goods as made with robotic automation in in the economy to meet consumer buying power/demand.              

  23. What is good to note is that the early architecture of North America is reminiscent of the English and Dutch cultures mostly; not the Middle East. But, in going to the Middle East in recent years and also Asia for hard to understand reasons, it seems these cultures during these adventures in war have earned a significant stake in the ownership of America and its economy. The architecture still celebrates a welcoming English kind of Baptist American vibration where you would think people are praying for it all to just work; robotic vacuums and all.

When every citizen has an income support, this is the certain aggressive market capitalism in the real way where all permanent  residents and citizens receive an income support of a  sufficient amount so they can always buy and consume even if there is an upswing in automation that causes joblessness  and less money per buyer.  There economy is more efficient in respecting some basic principles. It takes three  times as many resources to create a new citizen or permanent  resident  than it does to maintain one.  The Russians; they are not looking for people to come to their country and occupy the spaces left behind by the dead. In the case of America, it is the American dead who have left spaces unoccupied where such spaces must be filled by new peoples from some where; maybe new Bulgarians moving to America.   The Russians do not have these problems.  That would be ignorant. Leaving  your population underfunded in the wake of automation; that is not defensive and it is bad for the economy and creates an apocalypse of social problems that requires some answer and the only answer is money to be provided to every benefit recipient or citizen. Is there any European country where this is not happening?  Every European country pays a full, live saving globally relevant benefit to their citizens.  You have social workers to help maintain the system and assist new recipients and that will work to ensure the system is safe, secure and that there is no abuse or fraud on the government; that all will be paid with Certainty and consistency.   This notion of the one world capitalist system is based on observations and research made by Osvaldo Sunkel and Immanuel Wallerstein.

There is the  nuclear apocalypse but what about the financial apocalypse where too many. people in a territory do not have enough money to just satisfy their daily needs without conflict with the authorities? In this simple description, we have something that resembles the zombie or the zombie consumer inhabitant.  $18,000.00 per year as income support for a human being  in a cold country like Canada as juxtaposed with the Canadian cost of living is the zombie consumer experience next to better funded Asians of various colors and complexions who can really get excited about what is being offered in a Canadian shopping mall while the Canadian is left out quite often.  This phenomenon in any country would not cause a global crisis necessarily but it will cause awe and disappointment; shock and awe. A finger is cut but the body will carry on while the finger comes into agreement with the one system of the body and heels.   As such, we see where Wallerstein says, Countries do not have economies but are part of the world economy. As such, there is only one set of rules governing economic activities. These rules also include clothing and money in the current idiom and every country is call upon to cooperate with these rules. Your clothing can look different but you are covered and enjoy dignity.  Your money may look different but you have enough so that you are covered any where in the world and enjoy dignity.  If not, there is a question. 

  33. The Cold War

What country are you from and what are they doing?  If your country does not enforce clothing for every formal citizen or an income support for every formal citizen, then you are in the Cold War with civilization.  The talk about secrets and weapons races are just a distraction. What really puts a county and its population in danger is evident.  Think about it.  If you had weapons that work, equal and superior and had all the secrets but did not have money or if large numbers of your population did not have the money...what have you? You have a desperate population that is  fighting over access to basic necessities and this is magnified in violence with too many guns per capita; not enough money per capita and too many guns per capita.    In a matter of time, even if you had weapons, the other populations would have to occupy you and your lack of money to keep the economy from being hobbled; keep it balanced since supply must meet demand or be balanced or sufficiently equal to demand for the goods.  Otherwise, it is like  driving a vehicle where the left side is higher than the right side or where you have a stool with 3 legs of equal measure and one leg is longer than all of the other three. Who is running the North American economy like this, with this impression of hobbledness and then hopes to talk to the world about democracy or economics with some presumptuous unconditional podium.   But, they don't respect their leader or leaders and there is a hole in your system because of these thieves that we could call pirates because of their proclivity and systemic behaviour but they are thieves and very bold that leave all of their thievery detectable in some anthropological determination to say this is why they were killed the first time in history; maybe 50  or 70 years ago?    Seeing that money is a necessity in life in the modern world if you are alive now is something that you would have understood by the time you are 15 years old.  You could be much older than that but you wonder why the government just does not follow the simple pattern of the other economies that we adore and respect for their efficiencies and quiet way. You would understand that money is necessary if anyone was to contemplate buying a Ford, a horse, a Dodge Ram or any vehicle.  This is cooperation and cooperation is akin to multiplication.   The population can multiply and take space in expansion territories.  These expansion territories are not rivals but extensions of your hegemony. These territories have your laws and are set to work under your hegemony.   The population is expected to be just as international as your candy bars, biscuits, rums and custards. They will move around and live in various locations.  They will have enough money to endure, survive and exemplify. There is no overcrowding at home; in the UK.    So, now we know every benefit recipient should be receiving their benefit. It could not be that you contributed to a society, worked and paid sales tax or income tax and then other people could show up and receive their benefits before you do or that they receive their benefits while you go without.  The issue  is so obvious where we see money is a culture. Clothing is a culture and money is requisite for life; water, shelter and food where if you do not have enough, you are left to face your pride  to either fend against the cold wilderness or cannibalize those around you who have a little more. The culture in parts  of North America where there is no income support to satisfy human existence is the culture of want; propagated by regenerated early settlers who suffered death in this wilderness and wanted more supplies from Europe. more boots, more tools and more oils.  They are no longer with us and we need a tomb to the unknown settlers of North America.  Their bravery in the war against the cold is acknowledged.  They will always be remembered.  I have not received my income support but I would like to receive it.  This burden, however, should not have been placed on a child of 14 years old who went to industrial shop class at Reesor Park Public School in grade 8.  The US missiles don't work. They are "make believe" and much like the F117 Stealth.  The last evidence of US military design independence is seen in the F111 Aardvark.  A new world of design begins afterwards in time for the opening of Star Wars.  You are now just a vassal economy and vassal state; not intended to be independent or else the Great Kins get very very angry.  But, they want you to have lots of money so you can come to visit Europe where ever and spend money proudly (you say you are a North American). But, right now North America has the lowest rates of money on deposit per citizen than in any other continent; or the second lowest because of a resistance to money as a culture; income support money to be paid automatically in sufficient amounts to all citizens.    
  35.  Remember the Nuclear disarmament treaties.   We find our hegemony now with income support money and we will have enough competitively in the league of global consumers; at any cash register, at any hotel to buy our intended goods.  We will still have a military and we will still train and drill to keep our readiness up but no one is invading North America. It's time to be happy; shop and travel. Feed your children. Have more children. No one talks about God and the bible in this world than the Americans. The reason is many in America are still resisting money as a culture and clothing as a culture.  The bible says money answers all things. That was written in Africa or in the Middle East a long time ago; in Ecclesiastes.

The Bush regime sold much of the nuclear material to China for disposal or recycling in exchange for zero import tax and zero duties on Asian goods that paved the way for Honda, Datsun and Toyota; offset contracts that date back to Bush's time in China. It does eventually affect you and your environment.  That's it; for a less polarized world and much of this may have been done as a result of North American's labor's pride about work, their pride, and resentment of automation.  But, a market for cheap Asian goods achieved with Asian robotification (not child labor) must be met with a funded North American buyer.  You must understand why this is being written. It is being written because some of us really do believe North America can work and be happy in the same way it was sold to us and maybe the anxiety of a nuclear war is something we may have gone to bed with; along with the 1970's and 1980's politicians. Some of us may have been conceived at an Evangelical Crusade in Da Nang with an American mother and a Russian father there to support in the late 60's but shipped to England for completion and then born in.... but raised in....I don't know.  But, we are human.

It is not a provincial mandate.  It mentions quite a few areas of legislative power but if there is a benefit to be paid and the mandate is national like the National universal health benefit,  it is to be paid to all the citizens of that province equally in amounts prescribed  by the Federal Government as not less than $80,000.00 per year.  Even if its a provincial tax benefit that can be set down provincially, the benefit must be applied equally.   Some provinces or territories where Canadians live in those territories have complied with the $80,000.00 per year benefit.    The Canadian Government signed a UN Treaty; the UDHR respecting the lives of all Canadians and s.25 of that treaty impact national and provincial policy.  This is in addition to s.15 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.  You participate in international sports as a country but if the country was banned for not maintaining international treaty obligations as their more important form of participation in the international arena. How do you treat your population? This is the question; not how much time is spent designing spandex athletic uniforms.

Article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of themselves and their family123. This includes the right to food, clothing, housing, and medical care, as well as necessary social services such as government programs that include medical care, housing assistance, and education1. It also includes the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age, or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond one’s control1. If there is a crime being committed by the banks that is hindering the citizens receipt of benefit payments, we have sufficient law enforcement to stop the crime or is someone saying they need to kill someone because Chat GBT or Microsoft's COPILOT is not enough to assist them and they want to put a court clerk with a law degree into a machine to help them read this article and put it into action.  If you receive confirmation of a benefit being credited to your account by the CRA, then it is to be credited to your account by the bank. As in the ICC;s  Rutaganda decision, Citizens in a postal code region or of a state or province can constitute the group.[11]In the 19th century the United States federal government supported the extermination of bison, which Native Americans in the Great Plains relied on as a source of food. This was done for various reasons, primarily to pressure them onto reservations during times of conflict or to leave Pennsylvania or Ohio to go to Minnesota for more income support monies and leave their fishing grounds since some people are jealous of the lake they live by and the fish they could catch.  So, they poisoned the lake and shorted the income support.  The lakes should not be great but serene and you should know you should have more money and once you do, they will stop poisoning the lakes and poisoning you.   Some genocide experts describe this as an example of genocide that involves removing the means of survival.[44]

  45.  In 1948, the UN General Assembly adopted the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (CPPCG) which defined the crime of genocide for the first time.[53]

    Genocide is a denial of the right of existence of entire human groups, as homicide is the denial of the right to live of individual human beings; such denial of the right of existence shocks the conscience of mankind, results in great losses to humanity in the form of cultural and other contributions represented by these human groups, and is contrary to moral law and the spirit and aims of the United Nations. Many instances of such crimes of genocide have occurred when racial, religious, political and other groups have been destroyed, entirely or in part.

    The CPPCG was adopted by the UN General Assembly on 9 December 1948[54] and came into effect on 12 January 1951 (Resolution 260 (III)). It contains an internationally recognized definition of genocide which has been incorporated into the national criminal legislation of many countries and was also adopted by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which established the International Criminal Court (ICC). Article II of the Convention defines genocide as:

    ... any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

    • (a) Killing members of the group;
    • (b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
    • (c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
    • (d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
    • (e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
  46.  ICTR, The Prosecutor v. Akayesu, Case No. ICTR-96-4-T, Judgment (2 September 1998). defines group as any group sharing a legal bond but also, pursuant to ICTR, The Prosecutor v. Rutaganda, Case No. ICTR-96-3-T, Judgment (6 December 1999), para. 55, the victim is perceived by the perpetrator of genocide as belonging to a group slated for destruction.   48.   "Zeroing" in on Canada,     we see that we wonder how and why people in the cold would not quickly cooperate to work out some inconsistencies in their economy and enjoy the warmth, the settledness at the current standard amount of $80,000.00 per year as income support instead of fending at $18000.00 per year. You are a financial minority in your own country. You are outnumbered by foreigners at a rate of 3 to 1.   The Canadian economy communicates the experience of the marooned.   We point out that some Canadians receive this much, $80,000.00 per year, but not all Canadians.  The people in the NWT receive this amount and not any other Canadian population.  This would be an illegal and unconstitutional treatment of other Canadians in the country and it is not a laughing matter.  As I am white  and  work  to be "white good" but enjoy Asian food and wanted to have more fun travelling with my black friends, I would take this issue rather seriously as it is a violation of s.15 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.  It could be a hate crime when some Canadians are disenfranchised as individuals living in urban centres; a hate crime against Ontario and Nova Scotian Canadians who receive the lowest amount of income support in the country if they receive any at all. Many do not.   To address this in a motion before the Court or any Human Rights Tribunal,  we would simply ask the government or Crown to confirm that they do pay some Canadians an income support automatically but not all Canadians and some are receiving this money in spite of criminal recidivism. Some work and pay income tax and  they pay sales tax but they do not receive the income support of any kind. That is wrong.   The Crown cannot perjure itself before a Tribunal or Court. We would then ask them in the Motion to ameliorate the s.15 inequality and the disenfranchisement forthwith and ensure the government's activity is in parity with the law; that there is no bank fraud interruption of any payments either; that the problem is resolved by the day after tomorrow; the day after tomorrow and make payment to all Canadians.   
  49.  We would ask the government to ameliorate the inconsistencies pursuant to S.15 of the Charter of  Rights and Freedoms if they could not do this without someone asking and ensure all Canadians are paid equally since they contribute equally and evidently some contribute more with their income tax. Some have never worked a day in their lives but have been receiving this income support since they were 14 years old.  The country will also generate more sales tax once the problem is solved and then there will be more money to use in financing home building and development.  It is suggested that these issues are resolved without costs being paid by the government to the victims while the government can pay the arrears outstanding and design generally a more open program in keeping with European standards or Quebec standards; that serves all Canadians instead of this pointless misuse of an economic opportunity.  Who is it that says history has to be inefficient or hurtful?  
  50. But, Lake Ontario will never be Mykonos. It will never be the "Strand." But, it does not have to be murderously cold and difficult to enjoy at only $18000.00 per year as income support. We do the work to make the cold lake inhabitable for anyone but then we need the basic income support money to enjoy what we have made inhabitable if it can be inhabited. You built the houses; you built the building.    The honor of Mykonos is not troubled. But, Mykonos is  not helped if I cannot survive the cold in that expansion territory (intended for an expansion of UK culture primarily and also /Russia and China) to get back to Mykonos with an appropriate settled and warm cuddly income support and thank God. 
  51.  But, we are cold and starving at $18,000.00 per year and have miscalculated your honorable moment; the honor.   Let's say maybe you are here to say you have been mistreated on this benefit issue as you are not being paid equally and you need to be treated equally or else you are taking it as an Ontario citizen but when you do solve it, you will help us all. I thank God.    There is no doubt that moneylessness and homelessness are life threatening. Income support of no more than $18000.00 per year is bordering on life threatening.   But, maybe if you take your money and travel to another Canadian jurisdiction, they will help; maybe in the NWT....help you with money they receive from your sales tax expenditure in Ontario since there are only 5000 people who live there and many have sales tax exemption cards. That is not fair.  This is  not equitable.  There is a lot of talk about fairness and justice in the Courts across the country as you can see.    
  52. Maybe there is a dna that is trying to bring his injuries and his marooned experience back to Europe from the Pirate lands of the Caribbean. When he gets back to Europe, he seems to have nothing else to say except that he was marooned in the Caribbean and the world will be more like him if you let him spread his stubborn dna all over your European vineyards.   
  53.    We also then ask if anyone has noticed that as the government is paying for all the new condos, homes and town homes within the law or not within the law, we say we are less sad about the economy in general. But, as we can do this we can also solve the simpler issue before us involving the income support and its inequitable distribution to Canadians. The tension between supply and demand has been muted in the home building industry as the government pays for the development of new properties.  The fear of properties not selling is muted. The workers are paid. The project is completed.  But, it is an awkwardness if there are projects completed more than ten years ago now that have still not been opened; no units sold to the public. So, we can solve it and now ensure less sadness by confirming that all Canadians will now receive the benefit payment in equal measure; at $80,000.00 per year. 
  54.  The NWT is a far way away from Downtown Toronto or from Oshawa but when you spend money, the sales tax ends up in the NWT to finance an old lady's purchase of her favorite snacks, cigarettes or food for her toddler; I mean her toddler. 3 is one and one is none. Have at least three children registered to you.  Are some Canadians who have been lost in the hungers games some how being cashed out by the government with no thought about their legal rights in their estate?  The money, if they die intestate, goes to their children as confirmed by Dynacare or their children as noted on birth certificates.  It is not for individuals who are allegedly public servants to just cash out that citizens life and tell his friend that he will get some and that is why there is benefit inequality across the country.  It just does not help to establish national sentiment if this type of thing, as rumored, is going on even if we were all carved out of angry dna found in a piece of ice; angry that he got stuck and settled in this cold; a settledness that you resist. You will resist no longer. We can solve it. We have to and we will.  There is less sadness.  
  55. A young man, not a graduate, has called the government to report this benefit inconsistency and he has suggested the program pay all an income support of $100,000.00 per year just so that there is a little less sadness. It pays you $273.97 CAD dollars a day.
  56. Right now some Canadians, mostly in Nova Scotia or Ontario, are receiving only 49 dollars a day.  Some Canadians are receiving 219 dollars a day.   You can still send money to the fatherland; France.  This is good. We will make more sales tax with more people able to spend; not steal and fend.    Are you running an accountable country or a hurt? 
  57. We can cooperate. We can solve it.  You are not being asked to build a six sided 5000 year old pyramid in Africa or how to understand it. You are being asked to cooperate on the principle of citizen equality based on the relatively equal collection and contribution of resources from sales tax or income tax.  You better get going and to the job before we get the white Canadian granny to call you and chat your ear off and put you in good motivation; in both English and French.  I get a sense of affinity when I see Canada competing on the international stage or if I see us involved in fighting forest fires.  Yet, we are not a heavily defended country.   We can at least think in a "them and us" mindset at the cash register the new home sales office; "them and us" in that the Canadian among all consumers will have more than enough to buy his property, his foods,  his poutine, beer and bacon or his Hyundai.  Is there a human in the country who would find this income support disenfranchisement and inequity the most important issue to solve when they have the access to do it?  We can cooperate and we can solve it.  
  58. Otherwise, the populations that pay an income support to everyone of their citizens will soon outnumber you in your own country.  There are other small nations around the world who have begun their tiger economies by calling the benefit payment to their own citizens absolutely sacred; just as sacred as the government or the monarch who sent it.
