He got arrested since after 2 years, he had never asked for any of the particulars but tried to set a jury trial. The accusation involved fraudulent payment when paying for coffee but it was my card and the coffee shop clerk who accused me did not want to believe I had a CHASE card. But, its my card. My name was on it also. He said I could pay just $2500 for now since I only wanted a report and figured. I would just wait to see if it would blow away with my prayers and worshipping. He did include letters to Court for this amount so I thank him. He also attended twice to ensure he got the additional disclosure or particulars and I paid an extra $350.00 per attendance for this. was his last file for the year when he only does 50 files a year. Some idiot keeps calling and tells him to "...get a job, fool" I don't know why. He helps people. These people who discount what good we can do together don't see that he is the worker and you are the boss. when you forget when you don't cook for yourself and you don't cut your own grass and you don't type your own memos and you would not hire a dunce to do any work for you so we let this guy do it and he is the worker. His charitable services with churches receives an $850.00 donation. Half goes to the Church. They aim to help one person a day every day each year; 365 days for the year. He wrote down the answer based on my situation, booked the trial date and I could have read the answer to the Court as my evidence during the trial but one of the new directors showed up; a musician that sent in 60 files of his own. He became a director after his first referral; just like me. After that, I only read up on anything new they are communicating. He read the evidence in and the charges were withdrawn. I only had to confirm the evidence as a witness when called during the trial. I paid for this service for what amounted to only half the 1/3 of the ticket. This year, I have referred 20 files and I thought they should pay at least $4000.00 each, so for those 40 files at 51%, I got my referral fee or cash back and since it is raised within the Church from Church members in need, we call it our Social Needs Group Service and we use if for the building fund. We bought a new Church roof with it.
