If you call Ontario works and tell them you are not getting the benefit that other people get from the age of 13 years old at $30000.00 per year in your province or territory, why do they only give you $10000.00 per year?

 If you call Ontario works and tell them you are not getting the benefit that other people get from the age of 13 years old at $30000.00 per year  in your province or territory, why do they only give you $10000.00 per year?
