This cant just be about you pretending to help people or you saying you need to have a particular kind of involvement and use this Court for social authority. You take the money. You do not want to be obligated to show up to Court and you say what can they do to you since you are not under their authority as a real call who is really under the rules...and you kill those who are under the rules since you need to feel equal; you say. So what is the point of all of this? But, you are using the Court to aid and abet your piracy of people who need help and people to help them; people who said they really need someone to help. Those who fail to identify accurately will be charged with impersonation. We will all have a qualification informally or formally since you are in a formal Court with formal rules. There is no fee for the license just there is no fee now in tolerating you in your lack of formal qualification....but there will be respect for the rules of collegial professional conduct and continued professional development for all and this is for free. You can make donations. Donate money for awards in your name and have your social authority above and beyond the general ranks of the profession and be above, superior. We cant keep breaking all the laws of basic civility or of heaven and earth to keep the murderous pirate going on about his freedom from fettering authorities. If you fail to help your client where your client complains with an information being issued for prosecution also if there is any truth to it as some clients lie and say they paid large sums when they only paid $1500.00, you will pay the fine of $2000.00 or you can ask for a trial or hearing. Everyone has an income support of no less than $80,000.00 per year so the professional can change it's focus; so its not on needing to eat but on really helping people. Based on your explanation to an investigating officer, the criminal charges may not be entered for prosecution and the information will be deleted. Did you or did you not show up to Court as promised since we can't have people suffer these frauds since if you can't go, you can't go due to a previously scheduled matter and just say so? Just provide the details they request and don't kill your clients id you fail to serve or help them in fear that you will be Scrooge found out.
