This is to confirm that there is a new Asylum seekers programme being followed by most UN member nations. To simplify the current system with it's various rules, the programme requires the asylum seeker to make their request online and before they leave their home country. They must include banking information. The request is granted provisionally and this provisional approval is good for 9 months. The host nation that is to receive the application online will pay the asylum seeker the income support benefit in the form of a money transfer in the amount usually paid by that country to its citizens and permanent residents. This will alleviate a great deal of administrative time and energy. If for some reason the applicant's bank in his home country would unnecessarily hold the payments, this will only be evidence to assist the asylum seekers in their asylum application. In such instances, the asylum seeker can take take his asylum document and register for a regular local bank account in the new host country. They will enter their asylum application portal and update it with the local bank account information so that the benefits can be paid onto that account. You intend to help them integrate so why delay the processing? If for some reason their application does not have merit after interviews, then the program support and the reception is cancelled. If someone is stealing your benefits in your home country where they say you have too much school so that they want to think you can just live without it, then your application has merit. School completion does not mean you have the money to eat. Are they stealing your mother's retirement money from her accounts in that third world country? Then, your application has merit.
