 How do we solve this since that should never happen in a civilized country where they sell Doritos every where you go? Did you double dip the chip ; bro?  Show some respect for me.   But, I did see the video of the KIA driver in Michigan who spoke eloquently about his rights while not respecting the fact that he is not in Court to receive the particulars but on the road side and maybe Dalmer III's father was trained as an officer by the KIA driver's father or they were in Nam together.   I don't know but maybe a human officer conducting the pullover will no longer be necessary.

 A machine self driving  cruiser will be designed and you will have to scan your license and insurance details on a scanner that appears on the driver side window.  If you do not comply when requested by this robotic officer/cruiser, you will get a citation for a failure to be family.  I mean to say a failure to comply. If there is no rolling stop evidence, then the failure to comply will be withdrawn since there was no probable grounds to pull you over. Both charges will be withdrawn.  But, surely, no officer should be breaking the glass and pulling people through the window; a Barabbas abused his favor and hurt everyone he could ever hurt in his efforts to communicate what was in him. 

Until we have such a self driving cruiser with scanners, lets think about the road stop and that brief moment to chat about the constitution. The citizen calls for a supervisor and it seems very often, they are right to do so and they are free to go.  However, there are people who like the stand off like in the Ok Coral.  You could suggest the long chat is not worth it, that all you need to do after two requests is say "...I respect you. But, this is what we have to do.  I have to issue a ticket for failure to obey a command, issue a ticket for the traffic violation and that's it.  I will issue them here or ....pour votre preferer...you can get it in the mail...deux billet and in the end you will see that the Constitution gives me the right with all due respect to summon you to Court and if you fail to appear, you will see me at your bedside after breaking you door down with battering rams if you fail to attend...fail to comply...since  I have children and I can never be wrong but to keep myself real,  I will stick my finger in your...do you eat strawberry jam?....that's a yes..so I will stick my finger in your strawberry jam  and that is the only wrong thing I will do in this situation...some how I should not be praying that you don't come to Court...but you can have it your way since like Burger King, you rule! "  and if they don't respond,  you will just send it in the mail as we can infer from their refusal that they are the owner of the vehicle as noted on the plates.  If they fail to appear in Court, it is a misdemeanor with a warrant issued and they will be taken with all power to apprehend necessary.  The stand off on the road side is risky and I  need to get home to my children since it looks like some of these people choose to just blow up their vehicle and you if you intimidate and escalate the situation with hearts pounding.    So, we prefer to make it easy with these citizens who want to wax lyrical about the constitution when they can't see the roadside is not the Court house. I prefer to give you the road, but if you don't attend Court, take you at your house....at your bedside.  Be ready for it with your tongue as a raging fire.....swearing and cussing at the officer.  Everybody has their chance. 

 
Breaking protocol and carrying out a showdown of authority on the roadside with three officers and the citizen in the vehicle is whose idea? It feels like an Exxon grandson who works for the Fed now but is waiting for something...his next life maybe.  But, he says instead  of sending tickets, just surround the vehicle and shoot the citizen if they fail to cooperate.  Where does he find the people to carry out this stand off?  Why kill an American for a failure to stop at a stop sign?  

   

He has enough evidence for the citations as  he is speaking to the owner of the vehicle and he has the car license details; no need for a violent end if the driver fails to identity.   He can just send the citations in the mail or go ahead and issue them right there on the roadside.  The driver can bring them to Court and make his case; say the officer felt like a whore monger or a fake in costume and he was scared. Tell the Judge and the Clerk. But, there is no need for the officer to carry out a horrible abuse of power and abuse of force for an alleged failure to obey a stop sign;  if it did happen.   That is perfect; no arguments.   Thank you.    I am going to go and get a bag of Doritos, scan it and pay.
