Hmm... So, it's a situation that will, with 90% probability, resolve with a dismissal of all charges since the officer did not have articulatable evidence in mind or recorded in notes to explain why he pulled her over; so therefore it's a Constitution privacy violation with no probable cause. The whole transaction is thrown out. She is right but should not drive off on the Officer. It was a violent decision. The officers countered with respected, cunning ways. The officer, in hindsight, would issue a citation or give a warning but with the citation, she can argue in Court on the date. With warning or citation, The Officer will smile with her and still issue the tickets for no insurance and the suspension and then schedule the tow of her vehicle at the front door just as she is making some Shepherd's Pie and then take her at her front door if they resist, since she has her forum to argue in court now but no where else; about no probable cause. She can protest that the ticket is not signed. What do you want me to do? God will decide between us. VHe knows where she lives and has issued also and automatic mailed notice for her to appear in Court. She would get it in the mail and maybe she would Apple forget to attend so she would then be arrested for failing to appear which is a misdemeanor; an arrestable offence. When he got home, he got a call that his brother from Boston, while touring Toronto was arrested after a librarian called to say he smelled like money. They came to the library, looked at him and then took him outside, mugged him of his ID and said "...walk." The hotel would not help him since they were not sure who he is. The officer sent scouts ( junior officers) to recover him and drive him back across the border. They found him in the subway, riding the it all day; half dead looking. He said the officers sounded like Pepe Le Pieu, smelled like skunks and looked like Lumber Jacks. But, where are they from? https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1BTNE6u6E3/
