Sje kept talking for 22 minutes, the officers told her to leave, she was resisting a lawful command although it was only a situation requiring a citation, not a crime, so they all said in unison, "..We give her a citation and we can discuss the Constitution with her in Court; no need to fondle, hog tie, kill, molest the citizen who watched Friends all day after High School and forgot she had permission to have a black one; wherever she went to school." They tolerated her to take it home and she had her Court date for Mischief and a citation for trespass.
