Someone thinks we are pretending to be able to attend Court to help you.  How could we be pretending? You  don't see We still have our licence.  We took the Law Society of Upper Canada's evidence on its racialism and worked out how to sue them, using the evidence to force them into a reasonable settlement since the evidence is an admission of fraud and mal administration that amounts to a breach of contract and rules that they ask the members  to abide by, a breach of the Charter and Tortious  wrong doing.  They owed us a reasonable Duty of Care to avoid crimes and mischief in their administration.  As such, there activity amounted to a loss of reputation for many.  I received a settlement before the report on racialism, a settlement of $70,000.00. And my file materials were to be returned.  My settlement letter was stolen and the cheque; the files also by a Letland Grendel.  The whole problem began with home stealing the files and bringing them to a Scarborough Court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East.  The Duty Counsel kept them in her office. She asked her contact at the Law to take the files and do something, anything to help the Grendel man who brought them to her so wrote a false order and pretended it had been signed by a Judge. The Duty Counsel; is she being charged for possession of stolen property and for criminal conspiracy? 

Because of these problems involving theft of mail and the replacing of judgements and orders with false orders, we suggest a mass settlement for any member or staff affected directly by the racialism admitted by the Law Society of Upper Canada; with compensation.
