NOTE ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Warren’s real name is Warden Raul Lyon. He was named Warren Augustine ( remembering the Dutch) because the family or father figure who came to register his birth certificate stammered a bit and so the clerk registered the name Warren; not Warden. The person who showed up kept saying Warden Rauf Rauf Rauf and sounded like a dog So, she wrote down the name we have today which was the name of her own Puppy. She named him this to make her house feel Catholic but she was really Anglican. Warren A. Lyon is a graduate of the University of London( SOAS) with an LL,B(Hons); year 2000. Warren completed the RCIA which is a Catholic High School GED equivalent in 2017. He is also a graduate of Brierly Price Prior University with an LL.M in International Business Law, Corporate Finance and Economics; year 2001. He is an Alumni at Calabar High School in Jamaica. They made him an honorary prefect and head boy. He also carries a BA(Hons) in Political Science and History from the University of Western, Ontario; year 1994. The University of Western Ontario appreciates this work. Imperial College (The University of London) appreciates this book and its humble, distinguished non-elitist intonations, focussing on just doing the work and much of it is to solve some annoying, resistant anthropy. INTRODUCTION AND PROLOGUE:  

Love is everything. Cooperation is everything to you. You cannot do the miracle of five places and two fishes by yourself. Thank God. You designed a sad, scavenger economy. So, you must be the sad scavenger. This is what you did in all of your freedom in your choices with the various successful economic examples from around the world that you could look at and emulate, copy. Japan or Italy provides a very good model. We can make things work. We will all be dead some day; just as that old photo. We are all just shoes and steering wheels, car seats and airline seat tickets. But, while we are alive, life is emotional. You stay alive and be happy. Enjoy some nice foods. Go dance. 

Could we say that there will always be the habitual thief working undetected in the banks or in government services? Could we say that Molech killed Jesus and all those children? Could any life begin as a drop of water, as all kids do, then grow up to be impatient about his heritage/inheritance or his own testament? What is your testament? Inheritance these days would be collectibles from rare brands like Skagen or Kappa. You buy it. That is it. About Herod; was his consort Salome just a rump with no cunt that was determined to be the king and just harassing everyone along the way? Eventually, he used a saw and cut her in two for her insolence, asking him to steal things and break his own law, asking him to promote a backwater Welsh football team right to the stars. They will be in their current division for the next ten years. They don't have any Premiership quality stadium or facilities and they feel like mobsters, thieves. He said he can win fair and square. So, he made the players eat carrots every day and some parsley. The stadium seats only 13500 people and the average ticket is about £26. That is a lot of money every game but it's not going to fund Premiership expectations. They cannot afford the Premier League until they have the big city and the big stadium. When will they have a big city? I don't know. Her target was not white or black or the Jew but the rules, the law. But, I know I would never tell anyone that they could not marry their brother's wife. That is your business. But, what does the law say? It's best you find your own wife since the goo in her now is the other guy and he was full of nicotine and he was bald. A 18 year old female soccer player is not a bad idea. But, what do you talk about? The real issue was whether she was female?

Maybe Herod should have thanked John; The Baptist. You did not ask me what the law says. If you did, then the law is the law. I am not more English than you. I am just here to think of intellectual property ideas and business names so that you can steal them. Did you know Christopher Columbus was high functioning autistic? He was not there in the Western hemisphere to do anything but occupy, kill and take and then plant some of his culture and the church; as disclosed by the meaning of his name. Eventually, the Church would bring the law that respects your native rights and rights of ownership with a government and banks that are strong enough to withstand this seminal intrusive autism to your expectations of ownership. That RRSP really is your property and savings account. Curacao as an example is really is native land and so is Myanmar. When he showed up in Myanmar or Curacao, they said to him “I live here. You don't live here.” Christopher said, “I live here now. I live here now. What is wrong if I sit in your beach? I know you don't like it. What is the matter? Do you scorn me?” If you take this DNA and drop it into the modern world, it will do it again. It will intrude, interrupt, encroach, invade and has no thought about the law. It will, as a bank teller in Québec, try to debit your account. They get arrested, fired and are convicted before the court for attempted theft. But, then they resorted to life as fugitives all over the world. It's a DNA that will do it again. It will offer to organise your music records only to steal them. There are about 19 of them missing. All of this selfish, mindless, essentially suicidal behaviour is not helpful in this modern world with it's modern expectations. We need systems that will not tolerate these Intrusions. In many ways North America, at the decision making level if it involves money for life and dignity or taxation, is run by white Natives. Is someone drugging them so they can't see and so they conspire for self destruction? What is Rogaine and because of the food, why do we need it? If it was run by a White European or Black European, the various problems would have been solved by now. But, more than just expressing these tendencies, lets see how we can help each other. Enjoy our brief time together in this world. Fate whispers to the warrior, “...a storm is coming.” But, I am not the storm. So, we say now that the nation must remember that Habitation costs. We could say the preceding statement in French or Chinese. The White Haitian or Black Haitian knows. They can feel it. 

So, let's ask one more question. What is Jamaica? Jamaica is not one soul but their might be one soul telling us his concerns. Jamaica is a location with a diverse and exciting population with people that have come to move there from all over the world. The law is Black or else we would not have seen Moses( including  the one that looks like Charlton Heston) convicted in Egypt by the Egyptian and banished for  murder. You understand. It begins in Africa. They, the Jamaicans, say they run things and maybe they do since we would like to understand something. In the West Indies it might be the only Island without an income support that is not at least $20,000.00 USD per year. If you were to start an economy today in that region or any region, what would you do first? But, their might be one soul who is anxious there will be no workers, no one willing to work , no dog he can shout at mercilessly if everyone has this little bit of money guaranteed to them every twelve months. But, remember my friend that there will always be people willing to work for involvement. You treat the broom now like it was the wheel of your old pirate ship. The income support money is the foundation so that the people are not stuck, lining up at the front of government buildings asking for help. Instead they have enough money to keep moving and get to where they have to get to. See Galatians 5:13. Would you covet your neighbour's income support benefit? What about your cousin's income sustenance benefit when you actually receive your own; in the same amount? What do you purpose to do? The country is just as beautiful as any other and the people can be maintained in that dignity with a sufficient income support for that region. If Jamaica runs things, we run it good. What are you reading? 

But, this is not really about Jamaica. So let's ask another question in the introduction. Why did you ever read Mein Kampf and try to recreate…that? You are destructive with criminal intent. There are other German books like Capital by Karl Marx (Das Kapital).

The people should always have an income support. You should always be able to pull your hair. The food helps. Your goal is to run a Scandinavian type society and economy. We produce good waters, chocolate and milks to ensure we produce healthy people. The sales tax in the UK was once 90% and except for issues with some profiteering and theft, all UK citizens received relatively consistently an income sustenance/’support benefit in amounts pursuant to maintaining human dignity in the English climes. The profiteers and the thieving post man who held the benefits cheques to extortionate sex were captured and killed off. But, his son somehow learned how to hold benefit payments also to proffer his extortionate intrusion in the government and life; holding the benefits recipient hostage. The goal is to have an economy that is just as serene and secure as any Scandinavian Hockey or footballing nation.  

If you were going to colonise North America today and take it over again ( allowing some pretense of independence) using modern technology to provide your new citizens an income support, collect the sales tax and run the banks and the Federal Bank, how would you do it? There is resistance that might wish to take your new territory, the people and the territory’s Economy hostage; rob them of their savings, steal the income subsistence benefit. The Molech people may try to steal the benefit due to be paid to their own children or their nephews with a fraudulent joint account with the child's name on it but they never tell the child. The benefit is sent to this account as the only available account for benefits at that time or some how it is selected for that income subsistence payment. The government is eventually notified the child is not receiving the benefits and does not have access to the account. So, the government could send the next regularly monthly scheduled benefit payment and all the payments  thereafter to the newer, alternate account where they are confident the child (now maybe an adult) will receive it.  Then the government will review the total amount of benefits paid into that account where the child did not have access to the benefits for ten years or more and then send the total direct from the government to the newer, alternate account. Then, they will debit the old account for the total amount of benefits credited to the account where, unfortunately, access or actual payment to the child did not take place. The father did not provide the monies; nor the account card info. Such frauds are anticipated but we can think and respond to resolve them and achieve the government system's agenda.  We would not let some lousy father defeat the government for all eternity.  We would not aid and abet.  

Salah ad-Din Yusuf ibn Ayyu, when taking Jerusalem, actually restored the original order with the original Arabic speaking people that came from Egypt regaining control of the city and lands they built. They arrived from Egypt initially with Joshua. This is a plan for the future maybe; for peace. But, people write about “peace” every day and so do you. 

 What is the hostage in the bible? What is the hostage in French Haitian culture and in the culture of the Pirate Pangea people of the West Indies? What is the culture of unusual, tolerated unnecessary human indignity? What is the politics of indignity? Someone stole a woman's handbag and made her a hostage. Look at her. Does she have health issues, physical or otherwise, or does she just need her handbag so she can enjoy her benefits? There is this nice guy and he needs his benefits. Its being held by the bank. He would like to start a family but he is feeling a bit like a hostage as he waits in a dignified way. 

Your peace time reconnaissance in your homeland is what we have to think about; not war time. Wouldn't the job of being Canadian mean helping Canadians, maybe give them more money to survive the global economy with amounts on par with Asians and Europeans or at least ensure they receive an almost equal amount of income support benefit and if there is a problem affecting them receiving and enjoying the benefits, you help when you are notified of the problem? That sounds Canadian. It wouldn't be that we ignore the problem and just hope with a “wish him well” greeting. Former PM Harpler is the architect of confusion, Brexit and England's economic defeat with the vote catching tax cuts but no income support increase or parity across the country. Harpler is a race sick Creole with no heart or brain for anything but embezzlement of the sales tax revenue. People are freezing and dying and he says humbly that no one knows how to solve it. He was kicked out of office with Carnley and hopes we won't notice the game he is playing on Canadians. Are they robbing Canadians of their savings? Every nation runs in the ethic of a surrogate family. You need to defend that family, care for them. But, you say the loss of the life of that Canadian is of no consequence. You are not combative, not defensive when you only invite foreigners from other lands with better and less trifled with income support funding to come and take their place, buy that house or condo that was built for a Canadian with Canadian tastes in mind. This happens only when you say you almost know you could get away with it because of what you put in the food to dupe and flail the Canadian. What is in the food that makes you soo confident? You are treating them like a disposable. You are engaged in a crime called abuse of office.

Specifically, Section 122 outlines that a public official who commits fraud or breaches a trust while performing their duties is guilty of an indictable offence.

It states that any official who, in connection with their duties, commits fraud or a breach of trust, is guilty of an indictable offence, regardless of whether the act would be an offence if committed against a private person.

But, you could have guaranteed and ensured they receive their income support and think of more sales with an increase in that Income Support to levels and amounts comparable to Asia or Europe. You have an attitude towards the Canadian that is unbusiness-like, not thinking of them as your team, not thinking of them as the source of personnel for your army or the useful, viable consumer only if they were provided a requisite, sufficient amount of money. This is the evidence. He may be a World Court convict for genocide also. He is rather distortedly immature. In your peace time reconnaissance, you are outnumbered and underfunded. The current distortions in the Anglo Socio economy are just accidents based on what you did thinking only about buying votes when you just reduce sales tax by 3% where you say every little bit helps; but you did not win the next election and the world has responded with it's own adjustments; that manifest as distortions in fact.  I don't know if it was intended for Canadians to have to flee Canada for economic relief. 

The idea was to provide to new citizens and existing citizens that income support and ensure it is paid into an account where we are confident they will receive it that they might have access to it to spend it; not an account tainted with abuse of the child and the internet to defraud the government’s intention to pay the child. In fact, could we have increased the income support by $0.65 per hour maybe; an extra $450.00 per month since you are like the…. majesty( death as you “fools” them, “tricks” them) in your attitude since you keep saying you will kill. That is kind of very negative in this weather. We could take a positive approach while in politics. We only ask that all Canadians receive an essentially almost equal share as income support that comes mostly from their sales tax contributions. We need the mercy in the midst of the cold. Some of us have never received the benefit. That cold North American country is in a competition against the cost of basic living and maintaining human dignity. The writer of this document is actually white. The Canadian country’s loss at 3% in sales tax since 2012 is tremendous and you need to accept it. It works out to about 4.5 billion a year and every year for more than 13 years now. We respect the powers that be as they have been appointed by God and it would be that he has appointed the people for the people and by the people so we have to have a conversation every so often; about what is going on. The income support tradition for all citizens is the norm and is primarily for national defence and protection of the population. The sales tax is also a hallowed tradition.
