NOTE ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Warren’s real name is Warden Raul Lyon. He was named Warren Augustine ( remembering the Dutch) because the family or father figure who came to register his birth certificate stammered a bit and so the clerk registered the name Warren; not Warden. The person who showed up kept saying Warden Rauf Rauf Rauf and sounded like a dog So, she wrote down the name we have today which was the name of her own Puppy. She named him this to make her house feel Catholic but she was really Anglican. Warren A. Lyon is a graduate of the University of London( SOAS) with an LL,B(Hons); year 2000. Warren completed the RCIA which is a Catholic High School GED equivalent in 2017. He is also a graduate of Brierly Price Prior University with an LL.M in International Business Law, Corporate Finance and Economics; year 2001. He is an Alumni at Calabar High School in Jamaica. They made him an honorary prefect and head boy. He also carries a BA(Hons) in Political Science and History from the University of Western, Ontario; year 1994. The University of Western Ontario appreciates this work. Imperial College (The University of London) appreciates this work and its humble, distinguished non-elitist intonations, focussing on just doing the work and much of it is to solve some annoying, resistant anthropy. INTRODUCTION AND PROLOGUE:  

Would you covet your neighbour's income support benefit? What about your cousin's income sustenance benefit when you actual receive your own; in the same amount? Why did you ever read Mein Kampf and try to recreate…that? You are destructive with criminal intent. There are other German books like Capital by Karl Marx (Das Kapital).

Your goal is to run a Scandinavian type society and economy. If you were going to colonise North America today and take it over using modern technology to provide your new citizens an income support, collect the sales tax and run the banks and the Federal Bank, how would you do it? There is resistance that might wish to take your new territory, the people and the territory’s Economy hostage; rob them of their savings, steal the income subsistence benefit. The Molech people may try to steal the benefit due to be paid to their own children or their nephews with a fraudulent joint account with the child's name on it but they never tell the child. The benefit is sent to this account as the only available account for benefits at that time of some how it is selected for that income subsistence payment. The government is eventually notified the child is not receiving the benefits and does not have access to the account. So, the government could send the next regularly monthly scheduled benefit payment to the newer, alternate account where they are confident the child (now maybe an adult) will receive it. Then the government will review the total amount of benefits paid into that account where the child did not have access to the benefits for ten years or more and then send the total direct from the government to the newer, alternate account. Then, they will debit the old account for the total amount of benefits credited to the account where, unfortunately, access or actual payment to the child did not take place. The father did not provide the monies; nor the account card info. 

Salah Haddeein, when taking Jerusalem, actually restored the original order with the original Arabic speaking people regaining control of the city and lands they built. They arrived from Egypt initially with Joshua. This is a plan for the future maybe; for peace. But, people write about “peace” every day and so do you. What is the hostage in the bible? What is the hostage in French Haitian culture and in the culture of the Pirate Pangea people of the West Indies? What is the culture of unusual, tolerated unnecessary human indignity? What is the politics of indignity? Someone stole a woman's handbag and made her a hostage. Look at her. Does she have health issues, physical or otherwise, or does she just need her handbag so she can enjoy her benefits? There is this nice guy and he needs his benefits. Its being held by the bank. He would like to start a family but he feeling a bit like a hostage as he waits in a dignified way. 

Your peace time reconnaissance is what we have to think about; not war time. In your peace time reconnaissance, you are outnumbered and underfunded. The current distortions in the Anglo Socio economy are just accidents based on what you did thinking only about buying votes when you just reduce sales tax by 3% where you say every little bit helps; but you did not win the next election and the world has responded with it's own adjustments; that manifest as distortions in fact. The idea was to provide to new citizens and existing citizens that income support and ensure it is paid into an account where we are confident they will receive it. In fact, could we have increased the income support by $0.65 per hour maybe; an extra $450.00 per month since you are like the…. majesty in your attitude since you keep saying you will kill. That is kind of very negative in this weather. We could take a positive approach while in politics. We need the mercy in the midst of the cold. Some of us have never received the benefit. that cold North American country is in a competition against the cost of basic living and maintaining human dignity. The writer of this document is actually white. The Canadian country’s loss at 3% since 2012 is tremendous and you need to accept it. It works out to about 4.5 billion a year and every year for more than 13 years now. We respect the powers that be as they have been appointed by God and it would be that he has appointed the people for the people and by the people so we have to have a conversation every so often; about what is going on. The income support tradition for all citizens is the norm and is primarily for national defence and protection of the population. The sales is also a hallowed for normal revenue generation; again for national purposes that includes national defence. You are stronger and greater with a national Federal sales tax than you could ever be as a self abusive or confused nation without one. The Inuit within may say that they know they need more stuff and things but find discussing money difficult; the Inuit within. So, we suggest to this mighty yet confused nation a humble 3% Federal sales tax and an income support for every North American at no less than USD $100,000.00 per year so vehicles, food and clothing can sell, can be purchased more often with actual profit earned instead of goods being taken or stolen due to financial desperation. I am a North American and would like to get to those American National Parks with my family and kids in our Electric SUV. 

When human calculability or intention fails to do the job, we automate that job function. We have brains and hearts but we are not using them as we should; something’s up dude. We may leave a human operator in the role for optics and comfort. The essential work is done. You play with the population and their lives as if it's some variable whose real human value or worth is not to be respected. The income support, like the glass of wine or beer at the table during dinner with rent or mortgage paid, is a sacred tradition and we celebrate collectively. We increase it to satisfy our collective needs. We build lots of new housing. This is the expectation. It is to be hallowed, protected and made accessible. You can do it. You are not a child. But, this is what we get during your one life to live as the world turns since these are the days of our lives; as we try to understand the young and the restless.  

If you are given a blank piece of paper and a pen in a government building and 5 or more years to write or sketch something out, your plans for all, What do you say or…do? Maybe you do…something. You offer them a buck per puck at the sports store, a $250 benefit cheque two months before the election (I got an all inclusive week in Thunder Bay, thank you) and then you cancel licence plate renewal to say “this should do”; every little bit helps; eh? But what is the expectation? We need more than pucks for a buck. We have to pay for food, clothing, skates, sticks, gloves and the vehicle’s lease. How do we pay for the wine and beer in satisfying…our needs? Who is your advisor? Do you know they are a terrorist convict? It has nothing to do with the way you look but it's your criminal mind…and your selfishness. We are supposed to pretend that we have not noticed. If all the people are monkeys, would we not care for them, give them what monkeys need to be safe and free from endangerment? If all the people are wine and beer shoppers (look at the pretty labels designed to sit nicely on a table!!), wouldn't we give them what consumers need to be safe and free from endangerment? Remember that in all this multiculturalism, human dignity is the most important culture. Would the monkey, if we let him lead us, would he agree with this? Then, you also steal the election.  

The Anthropy

Christopher Columbus just hates a father figure. He says to himself that he, Christopher, is not worth anything. Then he says he does not want you or anything to be worth more than him; not for money, education, for art, music or sporting or driving skills. Christopher wants to tell how he works, how he does the job. He does not want to know about what you say. He does not want to know about you and your job awards of recognition. His daughter, Yolandezee Encotempte, is a Pangea woman and also pirate scum, pretending to be a law graduate with Mr. Halloween. She sits in the corridors all day dans le Palais De Justice, pretending to be duty counsel. She hopes to see the graduate dead since she is just a Pangea 4 time High School drop out. She aks for his job if he applies for one and she wears her 1980’s Adidas track shorts to the interview. She eats twelve Twinkies a day so the shorts do not really fit. She asks the ladies at the interview of They would like to see her Twinkie. Did she get the job? Is she on a panel? Could she qualify with convictions for stealing Twinkies? But, I am sure we could share the work space with the graduate. They, the Pangea, need soo soo much attention; taking up the whole entire space and day. You have to acknowledge the “Orphan” Ship Captain’s pain of abandonment before he can hear what you are discussing about his economy; that he worked to sink us but says he should still have the authority. He was 10 when he landed in Jamaica but 20 years old when they finally came to help him. He said, “He did not want them to help him with anything” and was set, fixed in the shock of his experience and his scavenging ways. If this Christopher Columbus was given a chance to run a country or it's economy in 1962, how would he do it? What about in 2013 or 2025? If he has seven years as Central Bank Chief, what do you get? You get less national revenue and no increase in the income support. You are losing $4.5 billion a year since 2011. The majority of the population in that frigid, piping cold is recovering less than $40,000.00 per year as income support. The once lilly white universities and colleges threatened to shut down. They found a massive foreign student population from a more brown and yellow Asia (I don't really mind) to take up all of those worn out class room spaces; creating an evident North American minority student population (from all kinds of backgrounds). Most are right from Asia. But, the Asian kids have enough income support/Participatory Remuneration to float through the school experience with a well funded dignified resonance. So what we get is that if the guy would run the country or the economy like this instead of in some more constructive survivable, dignified European, UN UDHR Article 25 compliant Republic of Ireland way, he is not from the Caymans; not from the Republic of Ireland. He is a crazy Creole scavenger, sinking Citroen, Renault and sinking the English to tell us nonverbally, his scavenging experience and demands to kind of bring us along with him. All the world is a stage, the sick play; a sketch board for his eternal, fathomless angers. What is the loss of $4.5 billion dollars in 2011,2012 etc-2025 when you reduce the sales tax by 3%? In terms of time and chance, the opportunity to collect that revenue is gone but over ten years that is $45 billion. You had your $45 billion in Creole Expression; all gone, down the drain and there is a government that says there is buckstop that will not let this continue any longer if this all about your personal hegemony over all the government; maybe. Take a can of Canadian beer and write $45 billion on it, then pour it down the drain. You vented and expressed yourself but you can't get it back now. But, when you watched that movie where it takes about the “Desert of the real”; that was not a command or an instruction. But, maybe you thought he was talking about you. You create a desert when you had the chance to make an oasis. Do you remember this? The loss of 3% per day of sales tax collection is tremendous over 14 years. But, every little bit helps; eh rock star boy? If you had kept the sales tax at 16% and then provided us in Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia an additional $2.30 per hour of income support funding that little bit won't have truly helped with thankfulness. That would have brought most of us up to $50,000.00 per year and over ten years that is about $500,000.00. Every little bit in the kitty helps. 

The guy who tells you to watch the rocky shoal as you sail your boat, and you say you can't hear him because he has more education than you. But, you covet the social dignity you place upon him. He finished grade 11 and dropped out. You finished grade 10. You have a name that is different from your father’s name. He is Brando and you are…. Houston or a Douglas. He gives you a different name and thinks he is protecting you from a whole world of nosy, troublesome people but you say you feel outside, stigmatised and you want him, your father, to know how it feels. You wonder if you were adopted. You were not. That man is your father. He knew what he was doing since this crazy Creole West Indian people may have shot his first boy for feeling too much like the heir of the pulpit or the banana patch when the mad Creole Joker says “...if there is anything…any favour to come to that table, inheritance or anything, it has to be for me…although I know you don't know me. I will send you my own version of your own will…This Is How I do It..fe true!”. But, you are not sure what your father is doing. You are set on that feeling of abandonment. Did he make you sit in public for hours from two years old so you know what it means to feel abandoned? This was, in his minds eye, to cover you so you don't feel too favoured in the opinion of some of these people or else they would find a way to put you down, block you and make you feel like a hostage; steal your documents, your mail and until you feel like him or her. What if you were abandoned and then thank God for all the trials but because you thanked God and feel that Eternal Father covering, the crazy Creole people conspire continually to keep in some state of abandonment? One Creole nut or the other steals your housing offer, they break in to your house and refuse to get out until they are charged and forcibly removed. But, he left his will for your life with his people, his tribe. You kind of start a culture, as an expression of how you feel with your different name; a culture that favours people who feel more like the adoption no matter how much they stone, they kill, steal and destroy from those who respect you in public and private. They are not your tribe or family. They stone, they kill and should not be around you. Modern technology could not be galvanising people with this culture and name anxiety. But, why do we tolerate this woman that demand that we all feel on the edge in all of her social media who is illegally in Warren’s home and refuses to leave and all she does is say she is a part of the Apple nation; if you could help her for $5000? She is already under a restraining order for the protest of Warren Lyon and family. She is already convicted for criminal trespass and terrorism. Does she have a gun?  

Let's play the song from the Monkees pop group. Beef sausages are $9.50 in 2025. Milk is in average $6.00 for 4 litres. Taking 3% from the economy has not improved the cost of living. The cost of rent or house prices have gone up by 3-7% every year but the income support/ participatory remuneration has not followed suit. You have not worked to guarantee and ensure that the benefit is paid and received for daily use by every citizen. You see the fraud of a father affecting a child and you could not really wait another 40 years to apply the golden rule that you demanded the children to learn while in Pre School. You could not hope to see the child die in public. So this guy running the economy is not from Europe ancestrally; not from the Caymans. We are freezing. He is not from Sweden or Norway or Italy or the Republic of Ireland. He is from “Scavenger”; an unusual real, yet somewhat almost invisible population in the real human world. He is telling you a story, working out how to be the only one with his hands on the ship rudder wheel, does not want your input or assistance to avoid risking a sinking and the death of the whole population on board but so long as it's him that is sinking it with him in total control; not you! He might use a puppet to facade his work and all his doing to be the disaster.  

Its 2025. The year 2300 is a short distance away. The English populations economically lag behind the global leaders. The English will be, if not right now, in the Global top 10 in the World Cup of Economics. 

Right now they do not qualify. We just need to reverse that power to hold anyone or anything with notl other motivation but to cause disappointment, any interruptions to an economy. It's not necessary. 

So, we confirm that the banking system is updated to ensure that such unnecessary holds cannot take place; especially for government initiated payments to its citizen. It is no longer the bank's job to investigate or ask questions about any payment for any amount. The police alone have the power of investigation. Government payments are benefit payments.  How could a bank interrupt a payment from the government?
