The certainty of all property that includes intellectual property is the hallmark of the great English legal culture. There is the rumor of a Duchess that had a son who became a government minister and she wanted her son to harass and steal McDonald's and also Cadbury's corporate registrations with an illegal, false delisting. It was, after all, embarrassing to the Duchess. She blamed her son and they killed him since It threatened the security of the economy and ownership. He assured them he he said no but then a Canadian spat on his whisky at work who insisted that he should have a job because his mother that he had killed at 14 years old said he looked like King George on the 1941 Canadian Dollar bill and she said he is "more" than any other...that she should be. After that, the son started acting like a cork screw Saboteur Smiegel. It was a criminal offence..since the name itself is property and has copyright protection as used by the original user. It was attempted theft. It was also the Abuse of Office; a further criminal offence. It is hard to arrest the spit you blame..in your whiskey. They arrest the minister. So, in hindsight he had to watch what he eats to ensure the wrong influence does not over-come his usually good soul. Even if delisted the name remains intellectual property and no one else could use it. They maintained secret registrations in France because of the harassment.
