Maybe they will pretend you turned 13 years old yesterday and give you the benefits now in an account where they know you will receive it...not in pretense but in high fidelity? His today and tomorrow is safer and maybe he can deal with the arrears of 20 years or more now...on his own. There is a way to find the account that they sent it to. They did send it some where. Warren was attending ET Crowle Public School when he was 13 years old. The purpose of the benefit is the safety of the citizens; essentially national defence. We are looking for that service. You put in 50 new Canadians a day. Did he sign up to serve the country as an Immigration Refugee Review Board member etc? You know he is not getting the benefit where it's being sent and there is a police report from 1980. The father was convicted for fraud in 1980 ; that guy named.... He did this to three kids and would do it to 17 kids. There is only one social insurance number to pay in the Government of Canada file and only one account where they can achieve actual, effectual tangible payment to the citizen for use. You have knowledge, notice of the problem in the police report. It is a problem you solve readily in the Canadian culture for all kinds of citizens. This is North America and you say you do not believe in the mean and ugly; nor the hurtful. You say you are kind, thoughtful people to the refugees who arrive at Pearson Airport and what about when they become the citizens after they have enjoyed your help as the refugees? Please ensure the account in the system is set correctly for all Government of Canada benefit payments as if he turned 13 yesterday in the neighborhood where he was living at that time; Markham or Oshawa I think; and this will ensure he receives his income support benefit at the end of every month going forward. You can pay him one years worth as a lump sum of the arrears at the end of the year in November of every year (a lump sum of $30,000.00 per year). We are thankful and look forward to enjoying more of the Canadian experience. See Warren's favourite hockey jersey that he bought after lunch at St. Hubert's near St. George's in Montreal. It's a Quebec Nordiques or Team Canada jersey. We are in the same team. If we fail to get the money to the citizens, national defence begins to have little meaning.
