It's an Anthropological struggle in expectations. We see that the Anglo and the Canadian agrees more money is a good thing as he gambles, hoping to win. He agrees that we must have more housing and nice new downtown architecture. He agrees that we must have phones systems and electricity systems. He agrees that we must have roads and transit systems but with all of this, how can it be enjoyed of the host population does not have any money? Even the pirate or thief at the banks who does not rob and harass anyone other than who he harasses and robs as a parasite/pirate would be best not to kill the citizens but maybe use them for a little money just as their income support increases. The income support is paid at $80400.00 per year or in other words $,6700.00 per month. We love the Canadian. We love the West Indian. You could not really say a McGill graduate or any other graduate is too significant to help with their benefits if they had been a victim of income support benefit fraud. The government will help them. The economy can work just as it works in Europe. We notice that regardless of the leadership, we make good food, build good football stadiums and design reasonably good transit that earns money. But, why would the economy on a whole lose money or earn less money when someone says he is TRYING to stimulate the economy? Why would an effort to stimulate the economy lose you money and when you find out, you never move to change it or resolve it? You notice how you cancelled the benefit of the English police and transit employees, breaking the law, and then economic activity or stimulus went downwards. The only people in the Anglo world who do not have enough money per capita to enjoy the Anglo world would be the Anglo; in Canada, England or the US. But, we can make it work. Yet, instead of just restoring the income support, then you reduced the sales tax , hoping to stimulate the economy and thereby reduced government revenue; in the billions. A cancellation of sales tax on food will cost billions per year. All of these missteps are not ordered by the Commander of the realm but Apoleon. If you would like to see how much the sale tax on coffee alone is worth maybe you have a 20% sales tax on everything. But, for coffee, tea and Hot chocolate alone the sales tax is 1% for one month just to see the result at 1% (one percent). The end result is a Jim Jones economy that works to kill itself and those called to work and live within it. Not even Disney world world this inefficiently. It generates sound revenue and handsomely pays it's inhabitants. Dear Apoleon, you are the Sinner. But who are the people; who are the population that we are mindful of them? But, there has to be some kind of people living in the UK and the English territories so why not UK people and other English people?

The first lesson of contact with the Europeans when they came to the Bahamas or Haiti was death for the Pangea native and absolute European hegemony. But, west of Europe we will always just be the Inuit or simply just Western hemispheric Pangea man. We cannot rise above as we stand before Europe. Europe is always above.

 Underfunding ourselves and our economy cannot rise Europe above us in hegemony any higher than where it already stands. You want to know if the European Law graduate agrees; if he knows. He knows how you see the world; your paradigm.  You want to impress with your Beethoven on the keyboard from memory but after you have paid your rent, you cannot buy the pasta, the tapas or the piano unless you steal it.  When we present ourselves to Europe, attend Europe we should not only play the music in an appropriate fashion  but we should have appropriate and sufficient amounts of money so that we fit in well, present well.  If you knew a European nation that behaved like this you would wonder. Would you say only unusual dirty people would not have enough money to...only difficult people would play the wrong notes, not read the music right, not read the economic imperative correctly, would not see the crucible but live on in defeat and deceit. All the world is a stage. You would not tolerate a football team or a coach like this, sinking your team, your ship or nation. The De Facto  official language in the English world is Gujarati but this is not policy. It's the accidental causality of the abuse of the law in the English world by decision makers who have underfunded the home population where this home population has evaporated or they stole money and food to survive and that necessitated a surrogate population.

This is because it's just that you don't have any money or not enough money in this world at less than $ CAD 40,000.00 per year as income support and this is because that is what you chose in your programming of your western hemispheric economy; in Canada, the West Indies and the US; and that does not honor European culture or provide you the association suggested by your recitation of that 1823 Mozart Concerto. Every state or every province should be earning about CAD $80,400.00 per year or $6400.00 per month. When it comes to national health or this benefit, the right to regional, state or provincial difference in policy does not supercede national policy imperatives. Section 91/92 powers in Canada does not suggest that your health benefits will be impeded by some excitement about the right to exude regional differences.  Your BC health card will cover your hospital stay in Québec. That is the policy. Income support benefits follows the same standard; essentially equal and just as effective. There is no need to impede what is truly healthy and national defence strategies to communicate regional differences. It's time to jump to hyper speed and submit  to the  Monarch's policy. We honour the Monarch. 

This is because your financial genocide is not consistent with Europe’s intent. That is not the music; nor the feeling Europe is looking for. You are acting out a "ship wreck." We see you have also refused to pay some members of your citizenry the income support benefit who have been victim of fraud.   I love you guys. We had a great time on the school trip and on vacation.  

 Don't we love the Mozart Beethoven music and those '50s, '60s, ‘70s “make you dance” Pop musical chord compressions inspired by 18th century European Classical music? 

 But, we cannot finance our celebration of Europe with this energy on its own. When the money is not enough, how do we buy the music, go to the concerts? 

But we would always need some people that we call our own on some basis from whom we would collect some tax; the people from whom we draw new national football team members, soldiers and police officers. These new members of our society must be raised by families that must be safe in the society and the economy in general. They must have some financial certainty to be safe. 

 Love is everything. Cooperation is everything to you. You cannot do the miracle of five loaves and two fish by yourself. Thank God. You designed a sad, scavenger economy. So, you must be the sad scavenger. This is what you did in all of your freedom in your choices with the various successful economic examples from around the world that you could look at and emulate, copy. Switzerland, Japan or Italy provide a very good model. He who has the most people to whom he can pay at least 13 cents a minute 365 days per year and from whom he will collect sales tax wins. We ask that every man has a loving woman that does not demean him as they raise children together and every woman has a man that does not demean her as they raise children together; that they would have enough money to achieve the national family goals. It demonstrates how the economy works in the Schengen and also in Europe, Russia, the Middle East or Asia. Some say the notion of Schengen is a scheme from those resistant to European union assimilationist policy to say essentially, "..we do not "assimilates" to you Europe..you "assimilates" to us. It's just that quite often, the English benefit recipients are not getting their money. Contrary to the King's peace. We notice something with a culture from the Northern people that celebrates formalities in contract and also in the simple government processes and benefits. It's paid and also communicated to the recipient by email or letter with an account they can access online that confirms all the payments. But, we see this formal tendency in culture has been interrupted in England while it was historically under the cultural umbrella of these northern peoples; something from the Southern Creole salty pirate dogs and their tendencies has crept into our system unawares and he says with a little laxed formality, as in some lost communication leading to some informality, you catch people in between two points with a little less legal certainty in the formality?   We need the legal certainty in the formality. England settled the Bahamas with the Dutch. The Bahamas and West Indies did not settle England, Holland; not Europe. The Bahamas and England are one people now. But, although many Bahamian people could now live and work in England, speak with English accents and may have English birth certificates, they may enter the work world with an agenda to say the Bahaman in the Bahamas has to be equal to England and generally the Bahaman in the Bahamas does not earn as much; nor do they receive as much from their Bahaman income support benefits. Could this explain why some English bank employees with Bahaman ancestry have decided to personally interrupt the English benefit system and withhold the benefit payments being sent by the English government to any persons with government jobs. School teachers also, not just bus drivers and police, noticed after 1992 during the Blair years, that their benefits stopped arriving in their account in an era of unofficial, illegal interruption of our English expectations. But, the evidence is that the government had sent it and the bank has no right to interrupt or withhold. The Idea is that the Bahaman or the West Indian Creole that has emerged with an English accent or risen up from within says we should not have soo much; if we could help the Bahamas be equal..if we could feel like we are in scurvy with them. But, we must defend our laws and the Monarchy that pronounced them. 

The decision maker says he will attempt to stimulate the economy but not through any provision of cash( direct cash injection) but will reduce sales tax by millions or billions. But, factually a 1% sales tax reduction does not not provide factually the requisite money to make factual payments for the consumer goods. What if we did cancel the sales tax on all food sales? How much would we lose per year if the tax was only 1% or .5%? In fact, you are not achieving anything and it seems just how to solve the stimulus issue has become a personality identifier, identifying the scurvy Creole. You are only losing money as the population shoplifts as they have insufficient money to participate in the economy. Your population is unable to occupy the nice new spaces without a lot of thought on the budget. You do not have enough per capita to occupy your own country, enjoy your own economy. But people from other parts of the world can afford it. Your actual population dissipates in front of the witness foreigners. They don't have enough. Quite often maybe the money is stolen inside the bank ajd not paid to them. If this was warfare of the crucible of some economic principle, you are losing under the work of the scurvy Creole that fights the law and the lawmakers (our King etc).  

We see that with informality or broken formalities especially in communication, we can try to catch them somewhere in between; when we see them at the job he took on informally. What if you did not get a receipt or confirmation of payment when shopping! Maybe people could break into you home and arrest you, accuse you of stealing. Why or who are trying to catch? Does that bag of groceries constitute a bonus or is it theft by the cashier? The lady said you could….could what? There is nothing in your contract that says there is a daily bonus in the form of a bag of groceries. Just put it in the contract. It's on the police database but you could send a copy by email. We are not trying to have a fete here. We are trying to enjoy life in the North Atlantic. The housing benefit was paid into the hotel for that benefit recipient. You did not communicate it by email. But you did pay it in to the hotel. The hotel says they don't see it. You had to pay for your night. The hotel front desk clerk took the cash home as an overpayment and carried it home in an Umbro bag to his house in that borough north of Wembley using the overground. He did not care if you might end up dead. It's a crime from salty dog anthropology.   

The above diagram indicates the supply and demand function. We add the function of income support, sales tax and sale of goods as impacting and expressing demand for goods. When the price is high, we see that in terms of quantity, demand is low and supply is high. Look at the “quantity” axis. When the price is low, demand is high in terms of quantity and, in terms of quantity, supply is low when the price is low. The sale of goods generates sales tax. Some of the sales tax that is generated is used to fund the income support. Demand is fueled by income support. Income support is funded by a few pennies per hour that comes from the sales tax collection. The sales tax sometimes can be as high as 100% possibly one day per month. From this money, we ensure everyone has enough to participate in the economy. For consumer stimulus we can increase the income support by an additional penny per minute or an $1.15 per hour. In some jurisdictions that small sum works out to no more than 9.5 cents per minute. We transferred this sum to consumers to ensure the power of product supply and consumer demand/ buying power are balanced for sufficient consumer stimulus. We invested on the supply with robotic machinery so we have to invest on the consumer demand side. It is the balancing of energy on both sides of the equation. This is written in love for all of my Canadian and North American neighbours. We must have more money to enjoy some economic fulfillment and life fulfillment in our time on this beautiful country. We seek co-fulfillment in our co-habit of good expectation. There is no need for identity crisis for the Pangea Mohicans or Pigmy Iroquois. They could be very big, white and fat these days but still the Pangea people.  Our ultimate identity as Canadians or North Americans in general is that of the Consumer.

Reducing sales tax does not help to stimulate an economy when ,already, they do not receive enough money to afford rent, food and also transportation.

 Reducing interest rates or sales tax does not make it really possible to spend more. They are only saving 3 cents on a dollar. If your income support is $2500.00 per month in Ontario and your rent is $2500.00 per month, you are already dead. It's best you follow the Dutch and the West Indian guy who said put more of a jingle in their pocket...more real money like an extra 3 cents per minute; every day and 365 days per year for $15768.00 per year extra money.  

This is how we win the votes and maintain government revenue at the requisite levels instead of creating a 3% revenue sink hole that is really criminal mischief, treason or terrorism. You said you were trying to stimulate the economy. Do you see a professional firefighter trying to put out a fire? Do you see a Vehicle Roadside Assistant trying to connect your vehicle to a tow truck. Either you are doing the job or you are not doing it. You know what you are doing or you don't. There is no “try” to stimulate an economy and achieve consumer stimulus with ineffective means. How can they buy and spend if they do not have money to do it? How can they spend money if there isn't any? 

 If we give them a jingle in their pocket, this is good. This is what the good old West Indian man teaches us.  

9.5 cents per minute; that works out to $49932.00 per year as income support. This is just about what is paid in New York to citizens of New York state; including the Governor. No application is made. It arrives automatically. Every time you interact with the state or the municipality for taxes or your Driver's licence, they verify your current bank details and email address for your tax payments. This bank account can and should be used for the benefit payments. If you ask what is this for, they will tell you it is for tax payments or parking tickets and also for you to receive your benefits. If you are not currently in the system, they will add you to it. You will also receive emails or postal notification of the programme also. The EBT card is also available for use the bank machines and you can use both; especially when the payment directly to your bank account has not arrived in your account.  

 We can make things work. We will all be dead some day; just as that old photo. We are all just shoes and steering wheels, car seats and airline seat tickets. But, while we are alive, life is emotional. When the five year old is told he lost the board game, he might cry and ask to play again so he can learn or he may destroy the game and walk away.   It's a game. Life is certainly emotional. But, could we say that there will always be the habitual thief working undetected in the banks or in government services? Could we say that Molech killed Jesus and all those children? Could any life begin as a drop of water, as all kids do, then grow up to be impatient about his heritage/inheritance or his own testament? What is your testament?

 Inheritance these days would be collectibles from rare brands like Skagen or Kappa. You buy it. That is it. About Herod; was his consort Salome determined to be the king and just harassing everyone along the way? Maybe we could wait 6 or 7 months after our first betrothal agreement for the baby to be born in time for our wedding photo to see if she forms a pregnant belly. This is really to honour her family essentially so that the first one is for all the family; hers and yours and you confirm you are not the all about me selfish. This is what Joseph did with Mary in an ancient pattern of wisdom since “there be decoys and dragons out there.” About Salome, was she a woman…with a womb? Was she a Bacch-anal?

Eventually, the Church would bring the law that respects your native rights and rights of ownership with a government and banks that are strong enough to withstand this seminal intrusive autism to your expectations of ownership. That RRSP really is your property and savings account. Curacao as an example is really is native land and so is Myanmar. When he showed up in Myanmar or Curacao, they said to him “I live here. All of this selfish, mindless, essentially suicidal behavior is not helpful in this modern world with it's modern expectations.   But, instead you will be brought before the rastrum of your church with your spout of the opposite gender and your ten children to just thank God for a moment. 

The whole world is an airport with a certain kind of professionalism. This attitude must filter into life not only at airport security but government benefits system security, at car dealerships.
