This just in; the FDA has approved the new Apretude drug and the Donato product. However, the FCC has not approved the advertising that violates PG ratings; the standard ratings guide for TV commercials. As such, the drug company that produces the drug is being sued apparently and the company is being fined. News and TV Channels nonetheless, may be sued. They are being sued for the Tort of the Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress.
