The Economic Miracle ----------------------------------- The economic miracle of 1%: The sales tax at 1% from 15,000 restaurants is considerable in any state or province state where all restaurants per capita in this small selected group for our calculations in this example earn per capita no less than $1400.00 per hour. It works out to $210,000 in sales tax collected per hour across the 15,000 restaurants. The government is the storer of this sales tax in its Central Bank. Multiply that hourly figure by 24 to get the daily amount that is....$5,040,000.00 and then multiply that by 365 for the yearly amount. On 15000 Restaurants alone at 1% sales tax for the year, you are earning ( $1,839,600,000.00) nearly $2,000,000,000.00. Every 30 days, it works out to $151,200,000.00. To see the amount earned on 10% or let's say 13%, we multiply the $ 2 Billion by 13 or 10 as $2 Billion represents 1%. So, 13% equals approximately $26 billion. 1% sales tax on 15000 restaurants earns you $ 1.8 billion dollars per year. If you try to buy votes with a sales tax reduction of 3%, you are losing about $6 billion per year/ £3 billion per year. To buy votes you could add 3 cents a minute to every citizen's income support benefit. That works out to $15000.00 extra income support per year to be paid to every citizen. As the storer of this sales tax, the government stimulates the economy with an income support distribution. The income support is apportioned monthly; not yearly so then we only have to focus on paying that small monthly amount to the citizens. What if we paid the income support every 40 years? In Ontario, we would pay each citizen an income support every 40 years at $1,200,000.00 since its $30,000.00 per year in Ontario at the moment; not enough to maintain the dignity of the human life at this time in any state or region. We aim for $70,000.00 USD per year or $100,000.00 USD per year as we seek to compete where it counts with our imaginary enemies in Russia or China. They are not really our enemies but we play cops and robbers or cowboys and Indians or Martians vs. humans. We play the game of Russia vs. America or China vs. America or is it Martian vs. Human? We would be the Martians since our economy is so dry; so dry in how there is just not enough money per citizen or resident and its just not very human. The monthly allotment on $70000.00 per year works out to .... $5945.20($70,000.00/365x31) to be paid every Month and this works out to $71342.46 per year. Every North American will be expecting $100,000.00 per year income support. Every North American will be expecting $100,000.00 per year income support as the more evolved wild man. If the wild man was given authority over the economy to take and do all he wants or do nothing, he would have to maintain two obligations; collect the tax and ensure the income support benefits are paid to all citizens without exception or we would have to design a machine to do it. The wild man cannot resist this. It's the King's law and the systemic formalities. Would he stand as interruption in between the authority and the economic fulfillment and realisation of that authority's law and wisdom? Is the wild man fighting the legal expectations and formalities? Is every citizen being paid a benefit? The cancellation of the income support benefit across the GTA in Ontario and 1 other neighbouring region in the early 1980's was illegal.

Thomas Hobbes says; Grief for the success of a competitor in wealth, honour, or other good, if it be joined with endeavour to enforce our own abilities to equal or exceed him, is called emulation: but joined with endeavour to sup- plant or hinder a competitor, envy (Hobbes, 1651, 37).

The human scavenger, in a brief note, has a genetic propensity in the genes to Scavenge that defies all fear of authority and consequences. They find out the consequences in Court or they are found dead with their hands cut. We may see that our expectations for communication or notice are interrupted in his hope or chance that he might get more, help other scavengers and this defies the legal counsel's job description to send confirmation of the home that was left to a beneficiary; not communicated. This is not who we are but it may have been the propensity of an West Indian orphan in London (with his unique, set ways) that trained informally without formal education in his adopted father's law office near Bloomsbury and that slowly over 70 or 80 years turned our quiet system and expectations of communication into an open pot hole of doubt and chance; for the scavenger that he could have it if the owner could be found dead and if not, if we could just ask as the untrained what is the law now that he or she is DEAD? This West Indian orphan propensity could be in the food or water where the boy spit. He put himself in everything he could, hoping to make all the normal people just like him until he could say "I am you...and you are me." His son might be Winston Churchill. The Legal Counsel; he rents it out to unknown persons ( a difficult woman) so the legal counsel has committed a criminal fraud. The governing system has notified this difficult person she is in trespass and that she must contact the persons in legal right of occupation. She is in criminal trespass. Bringing the farmer’s foot to the tax office to confirm he is dead as you hope to own and occupy his farm cannot help you. Asking as a scavenger what happens now that he is dead cannot help you.  

The Benefits Officer working on the housing benefit or emergency benefit does not send communication to the recipient but it may have been paid to a hotel as agreed but then the recipient of the benefit does not get notice and so the hotel keeps the funds with the hope that the government will not find out. The hotel employee and the government benefit staff do not know each other but they may nod to each other in the brief chance as they pass each other walking in and out of the subway station. But, the job description would necessitate that you send confirmation to the recipient of the benefit; and when you did not it was not only a dereliction of duty, human endangerment but also fraud on the employer's time and pay made to you. What is it that you hate about government and order? You act as if its sport for you or just a game; just a game. But, you lost your job. You are in Court. You have done this seven times now. Ironically, the hotel is owned by the government. We can watch this now on from remote centres so we know what is going on; possibly the same drone pilot operators may be watching and if communication is not made, they will send the communication automatically with this communication function automated and a 911 or 999 job call will be initiated if any fraud is involved.         

BOOK 1

We see Dishonesty, sabotage are effectively the same in all languages or accents. We are tired of being in the scavenger’s deficiency and the empirical clutches of his interruptions of the government and his systems. Maybe there is phenomenal delay when we helped him as the best bet in an evident economic emergency. Who raised him, fed him? They knew and should have killed the junk yard dog when they had the chance; like the movie says. The phenomenon of legal formalities begins in Africa and are subsumed with all economic habituation today. Some of this habituation for any nation appears in the bible like the tax to Pharaoh or Caesar and also the ration paid out by Joseph to all the inhabitants during the fat and lean times to ensure peace and order; not hunger and pillage.  The Bible says money answers everything; obey. Give money to your citizens and ensure it is done so then you win. This should be the beginning and end of the discussion in economics. You read, hear and obey; not wait for an invisible hand to save you as if you do not have an economic ship like maroons to escape an economic limbo somewhere between the joblessness caused by the mechanization of labor and economic fulfillment with a little income support benefit paid daily. In the 1930's you waited for God's invisible hand instead of just paying the benefit to all. You marooned yourself. People robbed and pillaged the Selfridges and the Safeways. Then you had a war on the civic health of the nation. The symptoms were the resistance to the authority in your determined scavenging that led to the interrupted income support benefit. 

Instead, we implement a certain income support benefit, hear and obey. It is enforced above and beyond the phenomenon of the scavenger in the banks that says the world owed him because he was an early school dropout that should have been thankful he got the job but somehow showed a spite and resentment of the authority, pillaging government support payments. These payments are intended to help people raise their families. We expect more new children every year in our community by birth or by immigration. A man said one day that we cannot legislate what happens in people's bedrooms. Later on that day, since there was an insufficient birth rate in his country regardless of what was happening in the bedroom, he made a deal with India about limitless immigration to his country. Then he made a deal with China. The Canadian women say they could have a baby regardless of the activity in the bedroom. The hair gel made them pregnant but actually having and raising the baby, they cannot afford it due to insufficient income support they say. It's not helping the French; not anyone else. The immigration in the very end is not the key issue. There will be immigration to help occupy the new and many built spaces.

So,we see no sufficient income support for your people. This is a maroon really, a resistance network regardless of language at this hour that has some innate ancestrally instilled motive to fight the English. They arrived on the Mayflower, black and white Irish in the late 1500’s prior to the arrival of the English in the Western hemisphere at Jamaica in the West Indies in general, and when the English came in the 1600’s they hid since the governor born in Virginia as half European and half native was a slave owner. But this time the resistance is not at Sam Sharpe Square or at Port of Spain Mountain but right within the banks and benefits system; and why? It should have been an honour. We won't just like to know who is lost in an anxiety about authority before taking steps to ensure the benefit is paid. If it's not paid, the job of the bank employee is not done. It's been 5 years now. He was entitled to his benefit since 1983.       

But, life generally is very miraculous and if you spot or spit in the river, that spot or spit could appear before you as a frog in six months. But, we do not want people acting like frogs with egos, eyes and hearts (fearfully and wonderfully made a little lower than the angels) with argument and resistance. The frogs have their water. The humans must have their income support money. As humans, we waste much time with demonic stupidity, violence and selfishness, some how not engaged in the simple happiness and logic. Maybe you had authority as a President or Prime Minister before you could think about how the economy might just work well for everyone. If Herod (glorious cave man) was reincarnated today as a President or Prime Minister in the year 2025, what would we do with him if he asked what is the law, how do we solve the economy for our greater good? Herod is resisting the bible or the laws of the Romans. He says he does not know what he wants yet but we can watch him dance with the ball on the wrong side of the end zone line and then he is tackled.

Once we identified him in his selfishness and confusion, what would we do? Herod fought and resisted the Romans just as we some resisting logic or at least not upholding the law. Instead, this Herod phenomenon does not stop the foothold that the bad man takes in and over his system when he says he will steal the benefit monies from his son, daughter and cousin Warren. All of a sudden, whole towns are not receiving their benefits as if someone made the bad man, in his resistance of king and country, the authority to follow. But, he is a bad man. We need a consumer base that is fully funded to defend our practical day to day dignity. We need money to defend our lives. A Yf 23 defends our emotions and our imagination in what military capability we imagine but that imagination itself cannot pay the owner his rent so we have a roof above our heads, nor does it pay tuition and buy soap or food. But, you will be brought before the rastrum with your ten children, evidence of your two properties and your two electric vehicles. Pay what you must and we can be just as defended by a glorious, proud Euro Fighter that we would rebrand the US CANADA Fighter.
