You have a set of judgements on you for car accidents etc if not just judgements that you have not paid. You did not pay. It's says you are to lay the other person. You entered their lane illegally. You were in there contrary to law. The judgement says you have to pay the other person in total. You would still have to pay even if he was dead since it is owed to him or his estate. This is so before you licence can be renewed. You would prefer to pay his estate you say and then hope to see your licence restored. But since you waited so long, the intent to see him dead leads to a conspiracy to murder as you hope not to be found out. The discretion to lift the cancellation of your licence is not available in such circumstances You had a limited amount of time to comply. You did not take opportunity to resolve it with full or partial payments and just make an arrangement since you resented having to pay since the lot you say is part of your aboriginal lands or you say previously you did not have to pay anything. So, the obligation to pay is entered and now they say they will cancel your licence if you don't pay because of the high amount. You were never so resistant before Apple. But now you are dong this fight the power thing. So, you should just pay the money in all self preservative wisdom. At least you only have to pay this little bit of money to enjoy the space and no one is moving you if you do pay. But, you refuse to make payments or any payment arrangements but ordering as a scavenger to think that if you kill the shopping centre manager that the obligations to pay will just go away or you want to ask what is the position now if the manager is dead? But, why would a judgement against to pay when made final by the government change if you conspire to kill and destroy? You are a scammer and scavenger. You chose to take 306 Manhattan convictions before you made at least 40 phone calls.... or sent 40 emails to make an arrangement...as an Apple exposed scavenger Creole.
