You agree to pay us $150.00 per day for the use of the trademark. This will be collected by direct debit or by cash in hand collection at the Coffee shop. You further agree that we are also assigned under contract by you as a Corporate Manager and that we are entitled to observe, work along beside you, wipe tables and take customer orders in return for $20.00( with 2% annual increase) per hour for hours worked and also retrieve as many food samples as we would like at any time. However as per this agreement, it is set down pursuant to the signatures that the matter of non payment of any amounts are resolved with a double payment of the amount outstanding to be paid to us in all such claims by cash payment or by Interac email transfer, by money order, cheque or wire transfer. We reserve the right to take over the location and the cash register/ point of sale system until the debt is recovered from that location.
