Regardless of the charges, why would the charges be withdrawn if the owner is dead? They might go away if you appealed. But, based on your questions, are you conspiring to kill the owner or legal occupants? You are not free of this suspicion until you pay the monies owed. You keep contacting the Courts to ask what is your status. If you have not paid, then you are still subject to criminal trespass charges. Your conviction stands. There is no point killing him and suggesting he wrote you a clemency on his phone sent by text. He cannot do this as the Court will not accept it. You killed him. Just pay what you are asked to pay. Do not wrestle with the governing culture. At the present time what is your situation?
