You agree to cooperate with us in the sourcing of all foods and coffees for sale at the location. 7 You agree that we work with you and cooperate with you to market and sell food and also drinks under the Copy Cat™ brand. 8. You agree that we can assist you in reconciliation of all sales and orders with the record provided by the point of sale terminal and by all statement records provided by the bank. 9. You agree that you do not own Copy Cat ™ or any associated business names or trademarks. 10. You agree that if you are interested in buying ten locations, that you will enter into an agreement with us that pays an additional $80.00 per day for 40 years. This gives you the right to own your locations outright. This agreement will be subject to review every 12 months. There will be a 2% increase every 12 months. Realising that a real Canadian Law graduate and also English Law graduate that has won before the Courts as adjudicated by White Judges is a difficult thing for some as resonating within their profligate imaginations, Warren has stepped down as Chief Consultant at Angel Ronan but will remain as Counsel under the new white management. We just want to help, help people with their legal question or problems. He will remain as Chief Consultant and Analyst until a new, whiter one can be appointed and hopefully he will read the shower file and not embarrass the Courts. Why wouldn't he read the whole file? You agree that Jerk & Pepper ™ and also Jerk & Pepper Chicken Spicy Flavors ™ are the intellectual property of Warren A. Lyon and Londinium Corporation. 2. You agree to engage in selling foods and drinks, coffees and doughnuts in the use of the trademark and not to engage the trademark in any unlawful enterprise. 3. You agree to pay us $150.00 per day for the use of the trademark. This will be collected by direct debit or by cash in hand collection at the Coffee shop. If it's not paid, you agree that the location will be managed directly by Warren A. Lyon and Londinium Corporation. There will be a 2% increase every 12 months. You further agree that we are also assigned under contract by you as a Corporate Manager and that we are entitled to observe, work along beside you, wipe tables and take customer orders in return for $20.00( with 2% annual increase) per hour for hours worked and also retrieve as many food samples as we would like at any time. No notice is required but notice will usually be given. This is not an audit. You agree that we can assign this role to others who will attend as directed. 4. You agree to pay your own rent at your chosen location and that you will co sign the lease with Londinium Corporation. 5. You agree to accept all liability for the food and coffee and any claims that may ensue. This is because you are independently owned and operated and are only renting the trademark from us. This is the key purpose for the payment of $180.00 per day. 9. You agree that you do not own Jerk & Pepper ™ or any associated business names or trademarks. You also agree that any non payment of the fee is a criminal offence and also a breach of contract entitling us to a law shit. However as per this agreement, it is set down pursuant to the signatures that the matter of non payment of any amounts are resolved with a double payment of the amount outstanding to be paid to us in all such claims by cash payment or by Interac email transfer, by money order, cheque or wire transfer. We reserve the right to take over the location and the cash register/ point of sale system until the debt is recovered from that location. You agree to cooperate fully in this agreement or face criminal charges theft and deception. 10. You agree that if you are interested in buying ten locations, that you will enter into an agreement with us that pays an additional $80.00 per day for 40 years on the first, second and third location agreement. This gives you the right to own all your locations outright the additional locations will pay only the $150.00 per day. If the location earns more than $750.00 per day, then you pay $300.00 per day. It is the understanding that in the agreement we will own two of our own locations in the utilisation of our mark within ten years. This agreement will be subject to review every 12 months.
