However as per this agreement, it is set down pursuant to the signatures that the matter of non payment of any amounts are resolved with a double payment of the amount outstanding to be paid to us in all such claims by cash payment or by Interac email transfer, by money order, cheque or wire transfer. It is the understanding that in the agreement we will own two of our own locations in the utilisation of our mark within ten years. This agreement will be subject to review every 12 months.
