The Russian identity carries a certain enduring aboriginal quotient that iterates the identity. This is also true for the Canadian. It's one land and one people facing the elements and confirming their societal management to assure their lives and the people that live there. It's cold. Identity is not just being distinctive where you say the Russians treat themselves humanely and we do not but at least we have a sense of distinct identity as we freeze without sufficient money. That is illogical. That is stupid or that is inhumane.
