This persona, which we might call the "Constitutional Humanist," views the United States not just as a sovereign state, but as a lead partner in a global community. The current President does not seem to have won the election. Also, he is not a compliant legal humanist. The main issue is that he is being used a conduit for money by some divisive elements that wish to say the needed the Office of the President to express their concerns and their anxieties; that if the US took Greenland, it would provide a social and cultural buffer for the mad man or mad woman's anxiety about European cultural influence over England and the UK since we don't want the UK to feel too too close to Europe. We don't want the citizens to feel too independent. America should not feel too Untied so I don't want any national sales tax. But then how do they send us money from a great pool of revenue so maybe they should have a national sales tax and why do I care what they feel like..since who are they? But they can use their Health cards for their hotel stays and for their groceries..like food stamps. But they should have some consumer money too or else how do earn the revenue...the sales tax? Maybe the current PM and the last few are Severines and need to be separated or see that they are separated from the trading partners to feel their authority, feel their identity. Septimus Severine was 3/4 Cheddar and 1/4 Roman it seems.

 Who would be anxious about being influenced by Europe? It is Europe since 0 ACA (After Christ's Ascension) or 54 BCA (Before Christ's Ascension).  What is 54 BCA?   To what lengths would they go to express their anxiety? How does it cost the world and America if POTUS is an avatar for hire for this expression of ignorance? Who needs a mother? How does a terrorist convict ingratiate herself to become that adopting mother? Who is the weakest link?  Cairo East is now on the tube map again. It was taken off the tube map by a Canadian named Winston Churchill that cost England everything with his policies.

The Opening: Establishing Authority

"Chief Justice, fellow citizens, and members of the human family: I stand here on this platform, built by the labor of generations, to take an oath prescribed by Article II of our Constitution. This document is my map; it defines the boundaries of my power and the depth of my duty to you, the American people. But as I place my hand on this book, I recognize that our national parchment is part of a larger, global story—one written in the wake of great darkness to ensure that 'never again' becomes a living reality."

Section I: The Domestic Promise (Constitutional Focus)

"To be compliant with our founding charter is to respect the limits of the Executive. I pledge today a return to the Separation of Powers. I will not seek to bypass the people’s representatives in Congress, nor will I challenge the independence of the Judiciary. Our strength lies in our restraint. We will protect the First Amendment—not just when the speech is popular, but especially when it is not—because a government that fears the voices of its people has already lost its way."

Section II: The Universal Standard (UDHR Focus)

"Yet, our Constitution is a living promise that seeks a 'more perfect union.' To reach that perfection, we must look to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Article 1 reminds us that all human beings are born free and equal in dignity.

Therefore, my administration will view the right to health, the right to education, and the right to a life free from fear not as mere policy goals, but as fundamental human requirements. We will work to ensure that no American is denied the 'standard of living adequate for health and well-being' promised to every person on this planet."

Section III: The Bridge (Integration)

"Some say we must choose between our sovereignty and our international conscience. I reject that choice. By honoring the Due Process of our 5th Amendment, we honor the UDHR’s protection against arbitrary arrest. By championing Equal Protection under our 14th Amendment, we fulfill the global mandate against discrimination. We will lead the world not by the shadow of our power, but by the light of our example."

The Closing: The Charge

"Let history record that today we swore a dual covenant: to be a nation of laws, and a nation of conscience. May we be found worthy of the Constitution we inherit, and the humanity we share. Thank you, and may we move forward in peace."

 * Legal Check: Does this action fall within the enumerated powers of Article II?

 * Humanity Check: Does this action uphold the "inherent dignity" of the individuals affected, as per UDHR Article 1?

 * Transparency Check: Can I explain this action to both a Constitutional scholar and a human rights advocate without contradiction?
