If its police or ambulance services, court work, postal services or governmental administration, you can take that training path. We need help in the English world with administration and enforcement. They know there is a benefit that must be paid. The law says it must be paid. It has to be paid equally. They have known for years. Another day passes and its not paid. Why or who ever dared to interrupt it? The population would never be soo well funded and soo strong or homogenous to have the power of any majority as we might fear it to change the order. Why would you change it? What would you change to how and to say what? Honestly, the English would want a Royal since how can you be English in all the Englishness without a Royal? The Americans would want a White House at least a place to visit even if all the work is going to be done from an office tower now at Cape Canaveral. The nation can no longer abide idly by while some citizens in North America are not receiving their income support benefits. The President is now just a Santa Claus public relations figure. But, if you need something from the office of the Potus like Presidential pardon, you can just send an email and it will be done. If you wish to be on the invitation list for a White House Dinner, why not? It's done. The White House becomes more of a tourist center and you can have dinner there with your family. You may see the President there when you arrive for the buffet sitting or the Prix Fixe menu. We are now seeing the US add a 2% sales tax primarily to build the new space station where ships can dock with astronauts and tourist passengers. The ship is built on earth in a hangar; not in space. We are nervous about one thing still persisting in society. You can be a Lawyer but they dont want you to have full access to your legal aid payment entitlement. You are journalist but they don't want you to get access to the car show as media but you are on the list as media but you should not get the media perks that include a free cup of coffee and a granola bar.
