2.  The Emperor could tolerate a  12 victim axe murderer as his Premier as picked right out of a jail cell and already sentenced.

He does this to say he would like us to know this type of heinousness and that we have to navigate this for our own mutual safety with this constant reminder, looking for signs of this every where we look, for any hint of this type of soul and character to root it out when they are young or old and quel this before it could ever get away and hide in some small town.
4.  It cannot be that we are being asked to know that "nothing is perfect" and to accept this appointed Premier we are to accept the Emperor's anxiety about performance and acceptance; that the honour is unconditional and we must love the emperor even if the electricity is off for 12 days straight, if all the banks start breaking the Deposit Insurance regulations, that this will be a time of Great Uncertainty. Ok, but we see shoes are shined and the horses are fed. 
5.  The bus and tube is running. The water is on. But, it's cold with no hot water for 12 days McDonalds is open. This uncertainty is  until we can  be sure "we know that we know" nothing is perfect and that WE will make it work.  The police have seen their accounts debited for at least $20000.00; right from their savings.

7. Now the emperor has your attention.  We know how it all must work and  as public employees we must make it work. We have to honour him and do  nothing that impeaches the authorities. Do not take your government salary,  pension and savings and do anything stupid on a bit coin or gambling app.

We would only ask the Emperor to off load his anxieties about performance and acceptance to an outsourcing company that could help in all automation of public services; a company like Amazon ALS  or TEMU or they could use Catelli or Unico in Canada that could assist in passport order/application and delivery in struggling Commonwealth countries like Canada or Jamaica.  They could help with the benefits App also. They are struggling to understand how to apply the UDHR Article 25 and S.15 of the Charter in the most efficient way possible. That would be to just pay a sufficient amount in benefits that covers all basic human dignity needs. We commit to dog this. We take extra sales tax if we are anxious about whether we can afford it or of there is need for money that we might have thought we have to save some. Saving money should not be costing people and human dignity or communal dignity.   Even if someone suggested that we need to or are trying to save money, it she not be that we are cutting benefits. We could save money by reducing the cost of money with a near zero interest rate if the government was to ever borrow money from a private bank.  We know what happens if the rate is 9% or 11%. Did the Empire borrow from Guyana at 9% in the early 80's?  We could save money in finding a more affordable royal printer for paper money but we would not want to be too cheap to diminish the sense of dignity in our money, affecting the dignity of the............ people. If something is averse to the dignity of the people and the cost to maintain it, we will soon see that we have none. 
9. The Emperor set this down and asks who would argue with his law while we lead by example? All citizens in the UK once again receive a benefit unconditionally no matter what employment they have.
