There are four condos that were in your name. You put them in someone else's name on a mortgage forgiveness plan and now you only have to pay that person $5.00 per day on each unit. That is $20.00 per day for all four. You chose not to pay and now there is a Court order at $5000.00 on each unit. Pay the $20,000.00 in total and enjoy your space you have in your various places. They did you a great favor yet you must choose to enjoy it. You don't have to pay anything else. This is the final mortgage forgiveness payment. That is not all of it. Be happy. What happened if the persons you have to pay passes on? 

The answer is you are locked out of your life  permanently. 

As Written by Charmaine Benoit who had to pay $50,000.00 as of January but one of the persons she had to pay passed on and now her citizenship info is deleted permanently. She is nonetheless giving $1000.00 per month to a local police department. But they cannot help. She is driving illegally.
