Both parties are expecting to sell 100 tickets. We expect to sell not only 80 tickets but 100. The group may sell 120 tickets. If it's one ticket sold (just one ticket), then its 50/50 on the proceeds. One ticket is $50.00 so then each party will get $25.00. Either way it is understood that the proceeds are shared between the parties on a 50/50 basis. It does not matter what party sells the tickets.
