This is a conversation for an Assyrian Babylonian named Herod who has no idea about what to do with the taxes and may have robbed Caesar. Render unto Caesar what is Caesars... Caesar renders unto the people. What if the Assyrian Babylonian or his kind becomes a Caesar...or becomes Caesar's Finance Minister and will not render some small portion of the coin unto the people?? We are not fit for battle and we are internally divided, distracted in our security. The unwillingness to pay the people is a foreign, uncooperative anthropy.
