The charges were withdrawn because the club called the police but after the woman complained that they stole her money. She was overcharged by $7.00 and they may have been charged for theft. But they insisted 6 times that it was a mistake. As such, the whole transaction with police on seen was based on a mistaken apprehension of the facts. The woman arrested is compensated because she was not told why she was being arrested.
