The Realm of Computation. The "no recession" economy involves guaranteed ensured unconditional benefit for guaranteed buying power at sufficient amounts to ensure consumer ability to pay for the essential daily consumer goods, rent or buy homes and purchase or lease vehicles. This is the essential socioeconomic and capitalist computation. We also ensure Population Stability, domestic occupation of homes before people are thrown out by the government and we prevent desperation emigration. We ensure essentially our own Population Viability in light of the destabilising caused by automation that causes mass joblessness as witnessed during the Depression. We have not encountered the usual public population displacement and denigration witnessed during the depression only because we are heavily occupied by foreign personnel that have sufficient benefits. Yet we did witness mass encampments of Canadians and Americans who suffered displacement; some of it due to insufficient benefits, no benefits or bank frauds that targeted a certain kind of North American Anglo that may have attended the beer store 3 times a week based on the evidence. This is all recorded as their homes are now occupied by foreign personnel that maintain themselves in our economy with their benefits. We prefer guaranteed Population Viability. This Population Viability is enjoyed globally by the Asians and the Europeans who can afford to live anywhere. This is the competitive issue at the moment and the Anglos in the world economy are way behind in this regard. Much of the Anglo problem takes sufficient commitment and only a day to solve. The CUSMA and CETA must have a UDHR Article 25 amendment that confirms the national commitment in these trading zones to ensure sufficient consumer demand, zero recession, Population Viability and Stability. The other issue is American Amerindian self frustration of economic fulfilment or enjoyment of the American moment when the original colonies and states enjoyed a benefit or dole but failed in establishing a standard benefit in the new states that joined the Union. This phenomenon continues to the present day, causing a duality in the salesman experience and the economy with what is essentially a permanent recession west of the Vermont with respect to car sales and more theft with less consistent sales of all goods on offer in the economy west of Vermont and Massachusetts. The US is suffering a self induced, ongoing recession due to white black red native vs white black red native racism. This is seen in and due to a tendency for the Eastern seaboard colonialist to see himself as the real American and the people west of Vermont are the natives or the outsiders. They tend to have agreed west of Vermont when they tend to have less benefits on average West of Vermont. This is the other Retrograde Anglo Computation. We can afford the benefit as evidenced in Vermont etc and in Minnesota or Germany at no less than USD $ 70,000.00 per year. This is what is happening now. So, no one can ever say we cannot afford it but it must be done or else it's a poof-athon due to a ship captain pirate DNA from the Titanic bridge; the DNA now found in most Anglo decision makers as mixed with the foragers; as they say life cannot be so easy; could it be? This attitude on the Socio-economic sphere threatens Anglo Population Viability.
