Today at 306 and 308 Manhattan Drive, we saw Thomas Duncan moving out with his family's assistance. The Honda registered to a Chinese woman was on the drive way as being driven by Thomas Duncan but with no insurance. He is also using the owner's bank card. He is now liable to be charged for driving without insurance. The plates are expired and Thomas Duncan who is already convicted for trespass at 306 Manhattan Drive is also liable to be charged for driving a vehicle with unregistered plates. The current house sitter at 306 Manhattan Drive allowed him to move out. His family who drives a nice silver Hyundai may have called 911 to ask if Thomas was in trouble and she kept saying there is someone here..someone here since 9 am. She made 10 calls. But she was not at the house until 12 pm. She was parked else where. Thomas Duncan came to the door when the police arrived at all times before 12 pm to see what was the purpose of the call at 306 Manhattan Drive. Thomas said no one called since there was no phone in the house. I'm at Motel 6 in Whitby to check on my Vehicle right now and will provide witness information tomorrow confirming the same here from the call transcripts. I am on my own as usual. This witness information is necessary to complete the additional charges on the Hyundai driver in the blueish silver black Hyundai Suv. I just need this over. Leave my house sitter alone. The police showed up 4 times. She is liable to be charged for Abuse of Public Services. When You Can Be Charged You can face legal consequences if the call is intentional, false, or misuses emergency services: Making a knowingly false 911 report can lead to charges such as public mischief, which may include fines or jail time depending on jurisdiction. Repeated non‑emergency calls can also result in charges like mischief or harassment, as seen in cases where individuals called 911 dozens of times without cause. www.ullaw.ca www.ullaw.ca Some areas impose fines up to $1000 or short jail terms for deliberately false emergency calls. griswoldcare.com griswoldcare.com
