It causes internal displacement. It is generalised violence. It is evident disparity in the treatment of certain segments of the population for inexplicable reasons. A white, Part Eskimo or Black woman in one part of the country receives basic income upwards of $50,000.00 per year and a white man in another part of the country does not receive this socio-economic benefit. He believes as he is told in Ontario that he has the right to show his essentially neanderthal determination. He is not a part of any Indian reserve. He may be associated to a church group. He may also be the descendent of a 19 conviction indentured servant who would choose; actually choose to buy a wine named 19 Convictions(TM) and then attempt to kill someone for an unregistered business name such as "Bien Sur." This is so even after a person has offered to register it for him and his compatriots for the cad 60.00 government fee and then they could work together. Someone offers to give them the fee for registration and undertake to register it for them and they don't phone or email. He is determined to resist this world and says he is the king of France everyday but refuses to manage a building when offered for 40 % of the rents at a 200 unit condo but wants to control something like his adoptive son's potential to register business name and keeps saying it should have been him the father, but does not want to see some one register a business name for them but would rather kill someone but the son is offering to register it because it is not registered. However, another white native man may receive $20,000.00 dollars as a Native reserve citizen off the coast of the Niagara Great Lakes region. He is suffering disparate treatment and it could be that his basic income will only amount to an additional $30,000.00 for a total of $50,000.00. Most our content that he would receive $70,000.00 in total. The means are not in doubt and nor is the necessity of this program and policy in an automated economy. It is an economically logical requirement but it is also a legal requirement. It should be as simple as your universal health care. It pays into your bank account on a bi weekly basis. The solution for the population suffering disparity in one part of the country is to address the disparity in an appropriate venue such as a Human Rights Tribunal. It is a known fact that people in Quebec have a basic income. Is it that people in Ontario do not receive basic income because they are not French speaking? That would be ludicrous but Ontarians do not actually have access to this socio-economic benefit. A class action law suit or a motion granting immediate relief from this disparity. Once it is brought to the government's attention they can amend the disparity as disparity in the provision of policy is not their policy mandate. As they intend to comply and rectify glaring errors, a motion is not necessary. There is nothing adversarial on the issue if basic income. The country has applied to be a UN Security Council member and uphold UN policy at home and abroad as a shining example of the UDHR's Article 25 in addition to all other articles.
