A new exam question on international criminal law will examine how a provincial commonwealth politician in 1990 decided to buy weapons if mass destruction to poison the drinking water in his province; especially up north. Is this a criminal offence under Domestic Law? What about International Law? He also decided to cancel basic income? Is this an offence under Domestic Law? Is this an offence under International Law? Please discuss the elements of the offences. He did not hope people would die off bit he was bribed to do it. Is he guilty of he did not intend to see people pass away or the people die off?
