Gay pride day organiser - - - - - and a Canadian Library Service in a major city are being sued in the Civil Courts for the Tort of emotional Distress. The library purports to have a gallery but it is not accessible and appears not to exist and it is also running a Death Cafe(Cafe de Mort) as advertised. Some patrons have decided to take the library to the Human Rights Tribunal. The issue with the parade and the cafe is content. Public nudity is not legal contrary to popular assertions and a false judgement dating back more than 20 years. The Judgement itself from a small town Court does not constitute provincial or national law.
