This Just In; A new Caricom Task Force is issuing indictments to arrest citizens in Caricom who purport to have professional designations such as Q.C. and Dr. contrary to the Criminal Code in the region. It is not possible to claim these designations simply because one has been elected to political office. It is an offence to deceive the public with false titles contrary to the Criminal Code in every Caricom Jurisdiction.
